Claims (8)
- 電動車両の駆動用のバッテリ(13)と、内部に冷媒通路(14a,14b)を有する冷却部材(14)と、前記冷却部材(14)に冷媒を供給する冷媒供給配管(15)と、前記冷却部材(14)から冷媒を排出する冷媒排出配管(16)とを備える電動車両のバッテリ冷却装置であって、
前記冷媒供給配管(15)および前記冷媒排出配管(16)は車体の車幅方向中央部に前後方向に配置され、複数の前記冷却部材(14)は前記冷媒供給配管(15)および前記冷媒排出配管(16)から車幅方向両側に向かって延び、前記冷媒通路(14a,14b)は、前記冷却部材(14)の冷媒入口(20)から車幅方向外方に延びるようにして車幅方向に沿って平行に形成された複数本の冷媒供給通路(14a)と、前記冷却部材(14)の冷媒出口(21)から車幅方向外方に延びるようにして車幅方向に沿って平行に形成された複数本の冷媒排出通路(14b)と、それら両通路(14a,14b)の外方端を繋ぐ通路(14k,23)とで構成されて、前記冷却部材(14)の車幅方向外端部で折り返しており、前記バッテリ(13)は前記冷却部材(14)上に配置され、前記複数の冷却部材(14)について前記冷媒入口(20)の径は二種類以上あることを特徴とする電動車両のバッテリ冷却装置。 - 車幅方向中央部から車幅方向両側に向かって延びる二つの前記冷却部材(14)は一体に形成され、前記二つの冷却部材(14)は共通の冷媒入口(20)および共通の冷媒出口(21)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電動車両のバッテリ冷却装置。
- 前記冷媒供給配管(15)の上流側に接続される前記冷媒入口(20)の径は下流側に接続される前記冷媒入口(20)の径よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の電動車両のバッテリ冷却装置。
- 前記冷却部材(14)はバッテリケース(12)に固定される取付部(14c)を備え、前記冷媒入口(20)の径が異なる前記冷却部材(14)は前記取付部(14c)の形状が異なることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電動車両のバッテリ冷却装置。

前記冷媒供給配管(15)および前記冷媒排出配管(16)は車体の車幅方向中央部に前後方向に配置され、複数の前記冷媒ジャケット(14)は前記冷媒供給配管(15)および前記冷媒排出配管(16)から車幅方向両側に向かって延び、前記冷媒通路(14a,14b)は、前記冷媒ジャケット(14)の冷媒入口(20)から車幅方向外方に延びるようにして車幅方向に沿って平行に形成された複数本の冷媒供給通路(14a)と、前記冷媒ジャケット(14)の冷媒出口(21)から車幅方向外方に延びるようにして車幅方向に沿って平行に形成された複数本の冷媒排出通路(14b)と、それら両通路(14a,14b)の外方端を繋ぐ通路(14k,23)とで構成されて、前記冷媒ジャケット(14)の車幅方向外端部で折り返しており、前記バッテリ(13)は前記冷媒ジャケット(14)上に配置され、前記複数の冷媒ジャケット(14)について前記冷媒入口(20)の径は二種類以上あることを特徴とする電動車両のバッテリ冷却装置。 - 車幅方向中央部から車幅方向両側に向かって延びる二つの前記冷媒ジャケット(14)は一体に形成され、前記二つの冷媒ジャケット(14)は共通の冷媒入口(20)および共通の冷媒出口(21)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電動車両のバッテリ冷却装置。
- 前記冷媒供給配管(15)の上流側に接続される前記冷媒入口(20)の径は下流側に接続される前記冷媒入口(20)の径よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の電動車両のバッテリ冷却装置。
