Description
本出願は、2015年9月11日付の韓国特許出願第10−2015−0129309号および2016年9月9日付の韓国特許出願第10−2016−0116740号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
また、本発明は優れた外部ブラック視感および明暗比などの光特性および高い画面の鮮明度を提供するディスプレイ装置を提供するものである。
前記有機溶媒の非制限的な例示として、ケトン類、アルコール類、アセテート類およびエーテル類、またはこれらの2種以上の混合物が挙げられる。
下記表1の成分を混合して、防眩ハードコーティング組成物を製造した。

−UA−306I:ウレタン系アクリルオリゴマー(kyoeisha社)
−8BR−500:光硬化性ウレタンアクリレートポリマー(MW250、000、大成化学)
−TMPTA:Trimethylolpropane triacrylate
−PETA:Pentaerythritol triacrylate(多官能モノマー、分子量298)
−Irgacure 184:光開始剤(Ciba社)
−IPA:イソプロピルアルコール
−EtOH:エタノール
−103BQ:球形のアクリル−スチレン共重合樹脂粒子(平均粒径約2μm、屈折率約1.515、XX−103BQ、Sekisui Plastic社製品)
−113BQ:球形のアクリル−スチレン共重合樹脂粒子(平均粒径約2μm、屈折率約1.555、XX−113BQ、Sekisui Plastic社製品)
−球形の有機微粒子1:平均粒径3.5μmであり、屈折率が1.555の球形の有機微粒子であるアクリル−スチレン共重合樹脂(XX−68BQ、Sekisui Plastic社製品)
−X24−9600A:体積平均粒径100nmのシリカ粒子(Shinetsu社)
−MA−ST:ナノシリカ分散液(Nissan Chemical社)
下記表2の成分を用いた点を除いて製造例1と同様な方法で防眩ハードコーティング組成物を製造した。
製造例6:低屈折層製造用樹脂組成物1(LR1)の製造
多官能モノマー(DPHA、分子量536)0.37g、フッ素系添加剤(RS907、DIC社)0.13g、溶媒メチルイソブチルケトン15g、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル16gを入れて攪拌を実施した。この後、攪拌しながらポリシルセスキオキサン(MA0701、Hybrid Plastic社)を0.03g投入し、最後に、中空シリカ(Thrulya 4320、触媒化成社)2.5gを入れて十分に攪拌して低屈折コーティング液を準備した。
製造例7:低屈折層製造用樹脂組成物2(LR2)の製造
多官能モノマー(DPHA、分子量536)0.37g、フッ素系添加剤(RS907、DIC社)0.13g、溶媒メチルイソブチルケトン15g、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル16gを入れて攪拌を実施した。この後、攪拌しながら体積平均粒径が12nmのシリカ分散液(MIBK−ST、Nissan Chemical社)を0.02g投入し、最後に、中空シリカ(Thrulya 4320、触媒化成社)2.5gを入れて十分に攪拌して低屈折コーティング液を準備した。
40μm厚さのトリアセチルセルロースフィルムにMeyer Barで前記製造例または比較製造例でそれぞれ製造されたハードコーティング液を塗布し、90℃で1分間乾燥した後、150mJ/cm2の紫外線を照射して防眩コーティングフィルムを製造した。
この後、前記製造例でそれぞれ製造された低屈折層製造用樹脂組成物をMeyer Bar#3でAGコーティングされた面上に塗布し、90℃で1分間乾燥した。
そして、窒素パージング下で前記乾燥物に180mJ/cm2の紫外線を照射して110nmの厚さを有する低屈折層を形成することによって、防眩/反射防止フィルムを製造した。
前記実施例および比較例で得られた反射防止フィルムに対し、以下のような項目の実験を行った。
1.内部ヘイズ(Haze)測定
反射防止フィルムの表面をコロナ処理などで親水化した後、製造例4で粒子を投入しないハードコーティング液をコーティングして90℃で1分間乾燥、180mJ/cm2の紫外線で照射して硬化処理した。ヘイズ測定時、透過率はJIS K 7361規格、ヘイズはJIS K 7105規格によって測定し、ヘイズ測定器(HM−150、A光源、村上社)で3回測定して平均値を計算する。
表面凹凸の十点平均粗さは、白色光3次元光学干渉プロファイル(3D optical profiler、モデル名:NewView7300、Zygo社)装備を利用して測定する。測定条件は以下の通りである。
−レンズ倍率:10倍(Mirauレンズ)
−ズーム倍率:0.5倍
−測定面積(FoV):1.40*1.05mm2
−スキャン長さ:5μm bipolar
−カメラモード:640*480
−ノイズ除去水準(Min Mod):7%
−測定位置当たりの分析回数:1回
−FDA Resolution:High 2G mode
−補正方法:Cylinder Fitting
反射防止フィルムの測定しようとする面の反対面に両面テープを貼り付け、サンプルステージに平らな状態に載せた後、optical profilerイメージを得た後、分析を進行する。この時、横長さを3mmに設定して測定を進行し、ここで得られたイメージから2つ〜3つのラインプロファイルを得て、十点平均粗さを計算した。
SHIMADZU社のSolidSpec 3700を利用して平均反射率を測定した。
具体的に、基材フィルムのハードコーティング層が形成されない面に光が透過できないように黒色テープ(3M)を貼り付け、sampling interval 1 nm、time constant 0.1 sec、slit width 20 nm、medium scanning speedで測定条件を固定した後、100Tモードを適用して常温で前記反射防止フィルムに380nm乃至780nm波長領域の光を照射して測定した。
スガ試験機株式会社(Suga Test Instruments Co.、Ltd.)のICM−1Tを利用して鮮明度値を測定した。具体的に、基材フィルムをサンプルホルダーに装着し、透過モードでスリット0.125mmと0.25mmである時に像鮮明度を測定した。
BYK Gardner社のmicro−TRI−glossを利用して20゜/60゜のglossを測定した。具体的に、基材フィルムのハードコーティング層が形成されない面に光が透過しないように黒色テープ(3M)を貼り付け、光の入射角20゜と60゜に対して、それぞれ5回以上測定したデータ平均値で定義した。
パネルの不良隠蔽力を評価するために、村上色彩工業社(株)製の「GP−200」を使って、反射防止フィルムの反射拡散光度を測定した。
測定条件は以下の通りである。
−測定モード:反射
−入射角:45°
−測定範囲:−85°乃至85°
−光源部絞り(VS1)設定値:1(直径3.5mm)
−受光部絞り(VS3)設定値:1(直径2.3mm)
測定順序は標準サンプルを測定して正反射光度を100に設定した後、実施例と比較例のフィルムを測定した。標準サンプルは、実施例と比較例で用いた基材と同一のフィルム上に粒子がないハードコーティングを5ないし10μmの厚さにコーティングしたフィルムで、ヘイズ値0.1以下を満足するフィルムである。
Claims (15)
- 表面の凹凸形状の十点平均粗さ(Rz)が0.05μm乃至0.2μmであり、内部ヘイズが0.6%乃至2.7%であるハードコーティング層;および
前記ハードコーティング層に形成された低屈折層;を含む、反射防止フィルムであって、
前記反射防止フィルムに対する反射光源の拡散分布の結果で、正反射光度値に対する正反射からの+1度および−1度の角度でそれぞれの光度値の比率の平均値が0.005ないし0.100であり、
前記反射防止フィルムに対する反射光源の拡散分布では、45度の入射角を適用し、
前記正反射光度値は、入射角の正反射に相当する45度での反射拡散光度値である、反射防止フィルム。 - 380nm乃至780nmの波長領域で前記反射防止フィルムの反射率が1.6%以下である、請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記ハードコーティング層は、光重合性化合物の(共)重合体を含むバインダー樹脂および前記バインダー樹脂に分散された有機または無機微粒子;を含む、請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記有機または無機微粒子と前記バインダー樹脂との間の屈折率差が0.01ないし0.08である、請求項3に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記ハードコーティング層は、1nm乃至150nmの直径を有する無機ナノ粒子をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記ハードコーティング層のバインダー樹脂は、重量平均分子量10、000以上の高分子量(共)重合体をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層は、光重合性化合物の(共)重合体と光反応性作用基を含む含フッ素化合物またはシリコーン系化合物を含むバインダー樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記含フッ素化合物またはシリコーン系化合物に含まれる光反応性作用基は、(メト)アクリレート基、エポキシド基、ビニル(Vinyl)基およびチオール(Thiol)基からなる群より選択された1種以上の作用基を含む、請求項7に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記光反応性作用基を含む含フッ素化合物は、i)一つ以上の光反応性作用基が置換され、少なくとも一つの炭素に1つ以上のフッ素が置換された脂肪族化合物または脂肪族環化合物;ii)1つ以上の光反応性作用基に置換され、少なくとも一つの水素がフッ素に置換され、一つ以上の炭素がケイ素に置換されたヘテロ(hetero)脂肪族化合物またはヘテロ(hetero)脂肪族環化合物;iii)一つ以上の光反応性作用基が置換され、少なくとも一つのシリコンに1つ以上のフッ素が置換されたポリジアルキルシロキサン系高分子;およびiv)1つ以上の光反応性作用基に置換され少なくとも一つの水素がフッ素に置換されたポリエーテル化合物;からなる群より選択された1種以上を含む、請求項7に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記バインダー樹脂に分散された無機微細粒子をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層に含まれる無機微細粒子は、10ないし200nmの数平均粒径を有する中空状無機微細粒子、および0.5ないし10nmの数平均粒径を有するソリッド型無機微細粒子からなる群より選択された1種以上を含む、請求項10に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層は、前記光重合性化合物の(共)重合体100重量部対比前記無機微細粒子10ないし400重量部、および前記光反応性作用基を含む含フッ素化合物またはシリコーン系化合物20ないし300重量部を含む、請求項10に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層のバインダー樹脂は、反応性作用基が1つ以上置換されたポリシルセスキオキサンをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層は、前記光重合性化合物の(共)重合体100重量部対比前記反応性作用基が1つ以上置換されたポリシルセスキオキサン0.5ないし40重量部を含む、請求項13に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルムを含む、ディスプレイ装置。
