Description
Claims (14)
- オレフィン供給物から汚染物質を除去するための方法であって、
a)前記オレフィン供給物を方向付けて前記オレフィン供給物から前記汚染物質を除去することができる第1の粒子吸着剤床と接触させ、前記供給物よりも少ない汚染物質を含有するオレフィン生成物を生成することと、
b)前記第1の吸着剤床を加熱し、再生ガスを方向付けて前記第1の吸着剤床に通して、前記吸着剤から前記汚染物質を脱着させ、前記汚染物質を含有する再生ガス流出物を生成することと、
c)前記再生ガス流出物を方向付けて第2の粒子吸着剤床に通し、それにより、前記再生ガス流出物から前記汚染物質を吸着して除去し、前記再生ガス流出物よりも低減されたレベルの汚染物質を有する再生ガス生成物を生成することと、
d)前記第2の吸着剤床内の圧力を低減することによって前記第2の吸着剤床から前記汚染物質を脱着させ、前記汚染物質を含有する低圧廃ガスを形成することと、を含み、
その際、前記第2の吸着床内の脱着圧力に対する吸着圧力の比率が少なくとも2.0である、
前記方法。 - 前記第1の粒子吸着剤床が、アルミナ、ゼオライト、アルミナ−ゼオライト複合体、またはアルカリ金属もしくはアルカリ土類金属の酸化物でドープされたアルミナ、ゼオライト、もしくはアルミナ−ゼオライト複合体を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の吸着剤床が、ゼオライト3A、4A、5A、13X、もしくはNa Y、または前記ゼオライトとアルミナとの組み合わせを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記再生ガスが窒素または燃料ガスである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記汚染物質が有機酸素化物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記汚染物質が無機または有機硫黄化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記汚染物質が最大500ppmの前記オレフィン供給物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の吸着剤床がアルミナを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記汚染物質が、有機酸素化物、無機もしくは有機硫黄化合物、CO2、またはそれらの混合物を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の粒子吸着剤との接触前に、前記汚染物質を含有する前記再生ガス流出物が冷却される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再生ガスを加熱し、前記再生ガスを通過させて前記第1の吸着剤床と接触させることによって、前記第1の吸着剤床が加熱される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の吸着剤床との接触前に、前記汚染物質を含有する前記再生ガス流出物が少なくとも50psiaの圧力に加圧される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再生ガス生成物の少なくとも一部を、吸着された汚染物質を含有する前記第1の吸着剤床に方向付けることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記オレフィン供給物流が、少なくとも約50重量%のエチレン、プロピレン、ブチレン、またはそれらの混合物を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
