Claims (21)
- 크실렌 및 에틸벤젠을 포함하는 공급물스트림으로부터 파라-크실렌 부화된 생성물을 제조하는 방법으로서,이성질체화 촉매를 함유하는 하나 이상의 이성질체화 반응기에 상기 공급물스트림을 통과시켜 이성질체화 반응을 수행하여 이성질체화 유출물을 형성하는 단계; 및흡수제(sorbent)를 함유하는 하나 이상의 스윙 흡착 단위를 통해 이성질체화 유출물을 기상으로 공급하여, 흡착 모드 동안 파라-크실렌 고갈된 스트림을 포함하는 유출 라피네이트와 탈착 모드 동안 파라-크실렌 부화된 생성물을 포함하는 탈착 유출물을 사이클 시간에 교대로 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 크실렌 및 에틸벤젠을 포함하는 공급물스트림으로부터 파라-크실렌 부화된 생성물을 제조하는 방법으로서,제 1 온도 및 제 1 수소 분압에서 제 1 이성질체화 촉매를 함유하는 하나 이상의 이성질체화 반응기에 상기 공급물스트림을 통과시켜 제 1 이성질체화 유출물을 형성하는 단계;하나 이상의 흡착제를 포함하는 흡수제를 함유하고 제 2 온도에서 작동되는 하나 이상의 스윙 흡착 단위를 통해 제 1 이성질체화 유출물을 기상으로 공급하여, 파라-크실렌 고갈된 스트림을 포함하는 유출 라피네이트와 파라-크실렌 부화된 생성물을 포함하는 탈착 유출물을 사이클 시간에 교대로 생성하는 단계;제 1 온도보다 낮은 제 3 온도 및 제 2 수소 분압에서 제 2 이성질체화 촉매를 함유하는 하나 이상의 제 2 이성질체화 반응기로 유출 라피네이트를 보내어 제 2 이성질체화 유출물을 형성하는 단계; 및제 2 이성질체화 유출물을 동일하거나 상이한 스윙 흡착 단위로 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,이성질체화 동안 수소 분압하의 수소가 존재하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유출 라피네이트를 재순환시켜 공급물스트림의 일부가 되도록 하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,탈착 유출물을 더 높은 압력이 되도록 가압하는 단계 및 탈착 유출물을 파라-크실렌 회수를 위해 보내는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이성질체화 촉매가 약 325℃ 내지 약 450℃의 온도에서 분자체를 포함하고, 파라-크실렌 고갈된 스트림을 포함하는 상기 유출 라피네이트가 제 1 압력하에 있으며, 파라-크실렌 부화된 생성물을 포함하는 상기 탈착 유출물은 제 1 압력보다 낮은 제 2 압력하에 있고, 탈착 유출물을 제 2 압력보다 높은 제 3 압력으로 압축하는 단계 및 파라-크실렌 부화된 생성물을 파라-크실렌 회수 반응기로 보내는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,흡수제가 탄소, 공경 약 5Å 내지 약 8.5Å의 제올라이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 흡착제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,흡수제가 MFI형의 중간 공극 제올라이트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,흡수제가 ZSM-5, 보로실리케이트, 실리칼라이트, SAPO-11, ALPO-11 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,흡수제가 ZSM-5를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,흡수제가 약 40 내지 무한에 근접한 범위의 Si/Al비를 갖는 ZSM-5를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,흡수제가 하나 이상의 열 흡수 매질을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,흡수제가 구조화된 흡수제로 필수적으로 구성된 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,파라-크실렌 부화된 생성물이 파라크실렌 부화된 생성물중에 존재하는 전체 C8방향족 화합물의 약 28중량% 내지 약 80중량%의 파라-크실렌 농도를 갖는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,수소 분압이 약 100kPa 내지 약 3MPa이고, 수소 축적을 피하기 위해 수소 분압을 조정하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,수소 및 크실렌이 약 0.5:1 내지 약 2:1의 몰비를 갖는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,스윙 흡착 단위가 압력 스윙 흡착 단위이되, 흡착 모드 동안 약 200℃ 내지 약 375℃의 제 1 온도에서 작동되고 탈착 모드 동안 약 200℃ 내지 약 500℃의 제 2 온도에서 작동되는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,스윙 흡착 단위가 온도 스윙 흡착 단위이되, 흡착 모드 동안 약 200℃ 내지 약 375℃의 제 1 온도에서 작동되고 탈착 모드 동안 약 200℃ 내지 약 500℃의 제 2 온도에서 작동되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,탈착 유출물이 생성된 후 파라-크실렌 농도가 낮은 유체를 사용하여 추가적인 파라-크실렌을 회수하는 퍼징 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 크실렌 및 에틴벤젠을 함유하는 공급물스트림을 이성질체화시켜 이성질체화 조건하에서 평형 농도 또는 그에 근접한 농도의 파라-크실렌을 갖는 제 1 생성물을 생성하는, 이성질체화 촉매를 함유하고 수소 분압하에 있는 하나 이상의 크실렌 이성질체화 반응기;사이클로 작동되어 제 1 생성물로부터 흡착 모드에서 파라크실렌 고갈된 생성물과탈착 모드에서 과-평형 파라-크실렌 농도를 갖는 파라-크실렌 부화된 생성물을 교대로 생성하는 하나 이상의 증기상 스윙 흡착 단위; 및파라-크실렌 부화된 생성물로부터 파라-크실렌을 분리하여 회수하는 하나 이상의 파라-크실렌 회수 단위를 포함하는, 파라-크실렌 부화된 생성물을 제조하기 위한 파라-크실렌 제조 시스템.
- 크실렌 및 에틸벤젠을 포함하는 공급물스트림을 이성질체화시켜 제 1 이성질체화 조건하에서 제 1 평형 농도 또는 그에 근접한 농도의 파라-크실렌을 갖는 제 1 생성물을 생성하는, 제 1 촉매를 함유하고 제 1 온도 및 제 1 수소 분압하에 있는 하나 이상의 제 1 크실렌 이성질체화 반응기;사이클로 작동되어 제 1 생성물로부터 흡착 모드에서 파라-크실렌 고갈된 생성물과 탈착 모드에서 과-평형 파라-크실렌 농도를 갖는 파라-크실렌 부화된 생성물을 교대로 생성하는 하나 이상의 증기상 스윙 흡착 단위;제 2 이성질체화 조건하에서 제 2 평형 농도 또는 그에 근접한 농도의 파라-크실렌을 갖는 파라-크실렌 고갈된 생성물로부터의 제 2 생성물을 하나 이상의 증기상 스윙 흡착 단위로 재순환시키는, 제 2 촉매를 함유하고 제 1 온도보다 낮은 제 2 온도 및 제 2 수소 분압하에 있는 하나 이상의 제 2 크실렌 이성질체화 반응기; 및파라-크실렌 부화된 생성물로부터 파라-크실렌을 분리하여 회수하는 하나 이상의 파라-크실렌 회수 단위를 포함하는, 파라-크실렌 부화된 생성물을 제조하기 위한 파라크실렌 제조 시스템.
