Description
Claims (10)
- ガス交換用の、特に内燃エンジン用の少なくとも1つの中空バルブ(1)を製造する方法であって、
a)バルブシャフト(2)及びバルブヘッド(3)の中に内腔(4)を設け、
b)前記内腔(4)の深さ(t)を測定し、かつ前記少なくとも1つの中空バルブ(1)を少なくとも1回洗浄し、
c)前記少なくとも1つの中空バルブ(1)を保持装置(5)に入れ、
d)対応電極(6)に対して前記中空バルブ(1)とともに前記保持装置(4)を整列させ、
e)前記中空バルブ(1)に対して前記対応電極(6)を移動させて、前記中空バルブの前記内腔(4)へ当該対応電極を挿入し、
f)ECM法により前記内腔(4)を処理し、特に前記バルブヘッド(3)の領域にて当該内腔を拡張し、
g)前記中空バルブ(1)から前記対応電極(6)を抜き取り、
h)前記少なくとも1つの中空バルブ(1)にリンス処理及び/又は保護処理を施し、
i)バルブ底(9)の残存壁厚さ(w)を測定し、
前記少なくとも1つの中空バルブ(1)の前記バルブヘッド(3)は、前記バルブシャフト(2)から遠ざかるにつれて拡径するテーパ面を有し、
前記保持装置(5)は、上方に開口しかつ上方に向かうにつれて拡径するテーパ面を有する台座(10)を有し、
前記台座(10)の前記テーパ面は、前記バルブヘッド(3)の前記テーパ面に対して相補の態様で構成されており、
前記少なくとも1つの中空バルブ(1)は、前記バルブヘッド(3)の前記テーパ面が前記台座(10)の前記テーパ面に載置されるようにして、前記保持装置(5)によって保持される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、
前記内腔(4)の深さ(t)の測定は、接触式で、及び/又は超音波又はレーザーの手段により行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、
前記バルブ底(9)の残存壁厚さ(w)の測定は、接触式で、及び/又は超音波又はレーザーの手段により行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
特にコンベアベルト又はロボットの手段により前記保持装置(5)を前記中空バルブ(1)とともに連続的に供給することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記対応電極(6)に対して前記中空バルブ(1)とともに前記保持装置(5)を整列させることは、前記対応電極(6)の挿入面取り部(11)に対して前記中空バルブ(1)の前記内腔(4)を整列させる把持具の手段により行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記少なくとも1つの中空バルブ(1)は、ヘッドから先に、かつ中央に位置するように、当該中空バルブに対して相補の態様で構成された前記保持装置(5)の台座(10)に保持されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記中空バルブ(1)及び/又は前記対応電極(6)とともに前記保持装置(5)をフローティング態様で取り付け、
前記対応電極(6)に対して前記中空バルブ(1)とともに前記保持装置(5)を整列させ、
前記中空バルブ(1)及び/又は前記対応電極(6)とともに前記保持装置(5)のフローティング支持を固定することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
ステップh)の後に前記少なくとも1つの中空バルブ(1)を乾燥させ、かつステップi)の後に当該中空バルブに冷却剤(8)、特にナトリウムを充填したうえで封止することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8記載の方法において、
前記内腔(4)の封止は、シャフト端末(12)を取り付けることにより行われることを特徴とする方法。
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
ステップc)及びd)にて、少なくとも2つの中空バルブ(1)を同時に供給することを特徴とする方法。
