Claims (7)
- バッテリスタックと、
前記バッテリスタックを冷却する空気が流通するバッテリ冷却ダクトと、
前記バッテリスタックから発生するガスが流通するガス排出ダクトと、を備え、
前記ガス排出ダクトの中間部分を縮径した状態で前記バッテリ冷却ダクトに内蔵することを特徴とするバッテリモジュール。 - 前記バッテリ冷却ダクトの一端側から、車室内の空気が導入され、
前記バッテリ冷却ダクトの他端側から、前記バッテリスタックを冷却した空気が、前記車室に帰還することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。 - 前記バッテリスタックは、前記車室の内部に配設されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記ガス排出ダクトは、前記バッテリ冷却ダクトよりも軟質な材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記ガス排出ダクトの中間部に弁を配設し、
前記バッテリスタックから前記ガスが発生すると、前記弁が前記ガス排出ダクトを閉塞することで、前記バッテリ冷却ダクトの内部で前記ガス排出ダクトが拡径し、
前記ガス排出ダクトの内部圧力が一定値に達すると、前記弁の閉塞が解除されることで、前記ガス排出ダクトを経由して、前記ガスが車外に放出されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れかに記載のバッテリモジュール。 - 展開状態の前記ガス排出ダクトの外面と、前記バッテリ冷却ダクトの内面とが略密着することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れかに記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記バッテリ冷却ダクトから引き出される部分の前記ガス排出ダクトを絞り形状とすることで絞り部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れかに記載のバッテリモジュール。
