Claims (5)
- プリント基板(PCB)をフレキシブルプリント回路基板(FPC)に接続するように構成されたシールド型コネクタであって、
前部および後部を有するハウジングであって、前記前部がFPCを中に受容するように構成され、非金属素材で形成されたハウジングと、
該ハウジングに収容され、PCBに半田付けされるように構成された複数の端子と、
前記ハウジングの少なくとも一部を覆うハウジングシェルであって、金属素材によって形成され、前記ハウジングの強度を補強するように構成され、PCBに半田付けされるように構成されたハウジングシェルと、
前記ハウジングの後部に接続されたアクチュエータであって、非金属部分と金属部分とを有し、該金属部分はアクチュエータの強度を補強するように構成されたアクチュエータシェルであり、開状態と閉状態との間を移動可能なアクチュエータとを備え、
前記ハウジングシェルは背部に形成された接触部を有し、該接触部は、側部と、面接触部と、点接触部とを含み、前記側部は前記ハウジングシェルの側部から後方に延在し、前記面接触部は前記側部の後端から内側に延在し、前記点接触部は前記側部から内側に突出し、前記接触部は、前記アクチュエータが閉状態のとき、前記アクチュエータシェルに接触するように構成され、
前記アクチュエータが開状態のとき、該アクチュエータはFPCのハウジングへの挿入またはハウジングからの抜去を可能とし、前記アクチュエータシェルはハウジングシェルから物理的に離間し、
前記アクチュエータが閉状態のとき、該アクチュエータは、FPCと複数の端子との間で電気的な接触が確立されるようにFPCをハウジング内にロックし、前記アクチュエータシェルは、該アクチュエータシェルとハウジングシェルとの間で電気的な接触が確立されるように、ハウジングシェルと物理的に接触する、シールド型コネクタ。 - 前記アクチュエータシェルはその側部に形成された接触部を有し、前記アクチュエータが閉状態のとき、前記側部はアクチュエータシェルの接触部と接触するように構成され、前記点接触部はアクチュエータシェルの接触部の側部に接触するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシールド型コネクタ。
- 前記アクチュエータシェルの接触部は平板形状で形成され、前記アクチュエータが開状態のとき、前記アクチュエータシェルの接触部の後ろ向きの端部は両側から中心に向かって先細になるように傾斜している、請求項2に記載のシールド型コネクタ。
- 前記アクチュエータが開状態のとき、前記アクチュエータシェルの接触部は、前記ハウジングシェルの接触部の側部から横方向に離れた状態で前記ハウジングシェルの接触部の面接触部の上方に位置し、前記ハウジングシェルの接触部から離間されるように前記ハウジングシェルの接触部の点接触部の前方に位置する、請求項2に記載のシールド型コネクタ。
- 前記アクチュエータが開状態から閉状態へ移動するとき、前記アクチュエータシェルの接触部は回転しながら後方に移動する、請求項2に記載のシールド型コネクタ。
