Claims (3)
- 空調を行うべき空間に調整空気を搬送するために主通気ダクトへ接続されている可撓性通気ダクト(20)であって、ポリエステル、金属化OPP、金属化ポリエステル、及び/又はPVCのうちの少なくとも1つ又はそれ以上を使用している内側の層(1)と、最も外側の部分のポリエステル、金属化OPP、金属化ポリエステル、及び/又はPVCのうちの少なくとも1つ又はそれ以上を使用している外側の層(2)と、前記言及されている2つの層(1、2)の間の、全体構造の絶縁を可能にさせる複数の絶縁層(3)であって、ゴム、ポリエチレンライナー、又はポリエステル繊維のうちの少なくとも1つ又はそれ以上を使用している複数の絶縁層(3)と、前記複数の絶縁層(3)の層間に配置され、前記内側の層(1)、前記外側の層(2)、及び前記複数の絶縁層(3)と一体に巻かれることによって前記ダクト構造を維持し、可撓性を提供している鋼ワイヤ(4)と、を備えていて、それら要素全てが化学物質を用いて互いへ貼り合わされることによって総合構造にされていることを特徴とする、可撓性通気ダクト(20)。
- 前記言及されている絶縁層(3)が、2つ以上の異なる材料から得られる絶縁材料を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可撓性通気ダクト。
- 可撓性通気ダクトの生産方法であって、内側の層(1)の形成を可能にさせるポリエステル、金属化OPP、金属化ポリエステル、及び/又はPVCのうちの少なくとも1つ又はそれ以上を使用している層と、複数の絶縁層(3)の形成を可能にさせるゴム、ポリエチレンライナー、又はポリエステル繊維を使用している層と、外側の層(2)の形成を可能にさせるポリエステル、金属化OPP、金属化ポリエステル、及び/又はPVCのうちの少なくとも1つ又はそれ以上を使用している層と、前記複数の絶縁層(3)の層間に配置される可撓性を提供する鋼ワイヤ(4)とが、ストリッププレートによって、或る特定の順序で、自身の軸周りに一定して回転させられている円筒形シャフト(10)へ、一定して送られてゆき、その間に化学物質で完全な貼り合わせが提供されることによって、それら要素全ての間に一体化された総合構造を形成させることを特徴とする、可撓性通気ダクトの生産方法。
