Claims (20)
- 液体の形成材料を収容するよう構成されたタンクと、
制御モジュールと、
前記タンク内の前記液体の形成材料の液面を感知するよう構成され、前記タンクの横に配置された第1の電極ペアおよび第2の電極ペアを備えた少なくとも1つのキャパシタンス感知モジュールを備え、
前記第1の電極ペアは、前記液体の形成材料を通過する電界を生成するために用いられ、
前記第2の電極ペアは液体の形成材料の所定の液面より上に位置し、前記第1の電極ペアおよび前記第2の電極ペアはそれぞれ前記制御モジュールに電気的に接続され、
前記第2の電極ペアは、周囲環境のバックグラウンドキャパシタンスを感知し、
前記制御モジュールは、前記第1の電極ペアおよび前記第2の電極ペアを同時に使用して校正することにより液面のキャパシタンスを取得することを特徴とする3Dプリンタ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのキャパシタンス感知モジュールは、絶縁体をさらに備え、前記第1の電極ペアは、感知電極とグランド電極とを備え、前記感知電極と前記グランド電極とは前記絶縁体の同一の側に配置されて前記液体の形成材料に対向し、前記絶縁体は前記感知電極を前記グランド電極から電気的に分離する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのキャパシタンス感知モジュールは、前記絶縁体上に前記第1の電極ペアの反対の側に配置される少なくとも1つのシールド部材をさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つのシールド部材は、前記第1の電極ペアに対して周囲環境の信号干渉をシールドするために用いられ、前記絶縁体は、前記少なくとも1つのシールド部材を前記第1の電極ペアとから電気的に分離する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 前記絶縁体上に前記第1の電極ペアと反対の側に、それぞれ配置される2つのシールド部材を備え、前記2つのシールド部材の一方は、前記感知電極に対応し、前記2つのシールド部材の他方は、前記グランド電極に対応し、前記2つのシールド部材は、前記絶縁体により、前記感知電極及び前記グランド電極から電気的に分離される、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 前記タンクは導電性の基部に取り付けられ、前記導電性の基部は、前記グランド電極に電気的に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールと制御モジュールとを備え、前記複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールは、前記タンクを包囲し、前記制御モジュールは、前記複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールに電気的に接続され、前記制御モジュールは、前記複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールを介して前記タンク内の前記液体の形成材料の液面の複数の高さを感知して前記タンク内の前記液体の形成材料の液面を判別する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 前記キャパシタンス感知モジュールは、前記タンクの中央を等しい角度の配置で包囲する、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 前記複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールは、前記タンクの中央に対して等しい距離の配置で配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 前記複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールは、同一平面上に提供される、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の3Dプリンタ。

- 前記少なくとも1つのキャパシタンス感知モジュールは、絶縁体をさらに備え、前記第1の電極ペア及び前記第2の電極ペアは、前記絶縁体の同じ側に配置され、前記絶縁体によって互いに電気的に分離される、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 前記タンクは、満充填時の液面と、空の時の液面とを有し、前記第1の電極ペアは、前記液体の形成材料の一の液面に対応し、前記満充填時の液面と前記空の時の液面とをカバーする、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dプリンタ。

- 3Dプリンタに適用される液面感知方法であって、前記3Dプリンタは、タンクと、複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールと、制御モジュールとを備え、前記タンクは、液体の形成材料を収容するよう構成され、前記キャパシタンス感知モジュールは、前記タンクの周囲に配置され、前記制御モジュールは、前記複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールのそれぞれに電気的に接続され、
前記制御モジュールを用いて、前記複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールの読み値を取得し、
前記複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールのそれぞれの前記読み値が、前記タンクの低い液面における前記液体の形成材料の読み値未満かを判別して、前記タンク内の前記液体の形成材料の液面を判別し、
各キャパシタンス感知モジュールの読み値が同一かその許容範囲内にあるかを判別し、
各キャパシタンス感知モジュールの読み値が同一でないか、特定の許容範囲内にない場合、所定の時間待機した後、各キャパシタンス感知モジュールの読み値を再度取得し、
前記判別結果に基づいて、3Dプリンティングを実行し、あるいは、信号を送出して前記タンク内へ前記液体の形成材料の充填を要求する、
ことを含む液面感知方法。 - 前記複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールのそれぞれの前記読み値が、同一であるか判別し、
前記複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールのそれぞれの前記読み値が同一でない場合、所定の時間待機した後、判別のために前記複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールのそれぞれの読み値を再度取得する、
ことをさらに含む請求項17に記載の液面感知方法。 - 前記複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールのそれぞれの前記読み値が同一で、前記タンクの前記低い液面における前記液体の形成材料の読み値より大きい場合、前記3Dプリンティングを実行し、前記複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールのそれぞれの前記読み値が同一でなく、前記所定の時間後の判別においても前記複数のキャパシタンス感知モジュールのそれぞれの前記読み値が同一でない場合、前記信号を送出して前記タンク内へ前記液体の形成材料の充填を要求する、ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の液面感知方法。
