Description
したがって、本発明の目的は、デカップラーはウレタンフォーム又は8葉形断面繊維から製造された繭綿フェルトを含み、吸遮音層は8葉形断面繊維から製造された高剛性フェルトを含み、前記8葉形断面繊維は異形度(α)が2.0〜2.7である多層構造のダッシュアイソレーションパッドを提供することにある。
下記の表1の条件を持つ断面繊維を用いて、一般的なニードルパンチング工法で高剛性フェルトを製造した。この際、フェルトの組成物は、それぞれの断面繊維70重量%、及び低融点PET繊維30重量%を含む。
製造例2で製造した高剛性フェルトと比重1.7、厚さ2.0mmのEVAシートを積層して熱プレス工程で合布させた後、その背面に通常的に使われるウレタンフォームを80kg/m3の密度に発泡させることで、ダッシュアイソレーションパッドを製造した。
比較製造例2−2で製造した高剛性フェルトを用いることを除き、実施例と同様な方法でダッシュアイソレーションパッドを製造した。
実施例及び比較例で製造されたダッシュアイソレーションパッドをISO 354基準に従ってalpha cabin吸音率で評価し、その結果をグラフとして図7に示した。
Claims (8)
- デカップラーと吸遮音層を含むダッシュアイソレーションパッドであって、
前記デカップラーはウレタンフォーム又は8葉形断面繊維から製造された繭綿フェルトを含み、
前記吸遮音層は8葉形断面繊維から製造された高剛性フェルトを含み、
前記8葉形断面繊維は異形度(α)が2.0〜2.7であり、
前記異形度(α)は下記数学式1で示され、繊維断面の周長(P)は200〜250μm、繊維断面の面積(A)は700〜800μm 2 範囲であることを特徴とする、多層構造のダッシュアイソレーションパッド。
- 前記8葉形断面繊維は、横長が30〜50μm、縦長が20〜30μmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層構造のダッシュアイソレーションパッド。
- 前記8葉形断面繊維は、厚さが6〜7デニールであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の多層構造のダッシュアイソレーションパッド。
- 前記8葉形断面繊維は、巻縮数が9〜15であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造のダッシュアイソレーションパッド。
- 前記8葉形断面繊維の素材は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(polyethyleneterephthalate)、ポリプロピレン(polypropylene)、アクリル、ビスコースレーヨン(viscose rayon)及びアラミド繊維(aramid fiber)からなる群から選択される1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造のダッシュアイソレーションパッド。
- 前記高剛性フェルトは、空気透過度が20〜35cm3/(cm2・s)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造のダッシュアイソレーションパッド。
- 前記高剛性フェルトは、8葉形断面繊維50〜70重量%及び低融点PET30〜50重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造のダッシュアイソレーションパッド。
- 前記吸遮音層は、熱可塑性弾性体(thermoplastic elastomer、TPE)又はエチレンビニルアセテート(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate、EVA)からなる群から選択された1種以上の熱可塑性樹脂から製造されたヘビーレイヤーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造のダッシュアイソレーションパッド。
