5.0dtexのポリエチレンテレフタレート長繊維からなる目付が250g/m2のニードルパンチで機械交絡した長繊維不織布(東洋紡株式会社製ボランス(登録商標))を4層積層して、オルガンFPD220(40SM)を用いペネ数38本/cm2、針深10mmでさらにニードルパンチ加工を行い、積層不織布を得た。得られた積層不織布の見掛け密度は0.22g/cm3であった。 その後、得られた積層不織布をプレーンロールプレス機により加熱温度190℃、圧力80kN/cmでプレス加工を行った。得られた不織布構造体の見掛け密度は0.66g/cm3であった。得られた不織布構造体は若干のソリが認められた。また、折り曲げると中央付近で層間剥離を生じるものであった。得られた不織布構造体の各種物性を表1に記載した。 さらに、得られた不織布構造体の表面を250℃で45秒間遠赤外線加熱処理を行った後、φ50mm、深さ50mmの円柱型によりコールドプレス成形を行った結果、皺が発生した。
Claims (6)
- 長繊維不織布を主な構成材とする不織布構造体であって、目付が500~2000g/m2、フラジール通気度が0~20cc/cm2・秒、見掛け密度が0.74~1.3g/cm3である不織布構造体。
- 2枚以上の不織布を積層した不織布構造体であって、その表面の平滑化率が40%以上である請求項1に記載の不織布構造体。
- 少なくとも片側表面付近に複合繊維からなる不織布を配した請求項1または2に記載の不織布構造体。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の不織布構造体の少なくとも片側表面および/または表面付近に、無機繊維の束を熱成型樹脂で包埋したテープ状のシート構造物を設置し、その後、プレス加工処理により成形加工することにより得られる不織布構造体。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の不織布構造体をプレス加工処理することにより得られる3次元構造成型体。
- 目付が250g/cm2以上の長繊維不織布を少なくとも2枚以上積層し、機械交絡後、加熱温度140~255℃、プレス圧力0.1~5MPaの条件でプレス加工処理することを特徴とする不織布構造体の製造方法。
