Claims (6)
- スタータバッテリ(2)におよびコンバータ(4)を備えた車載電気システム(3)に接続するための統合されたスタータおよび車載電気システム断路モジュール(13)であって、
前記コンバータ(4)は、スタータ制御装置を介しておよび車載電気システム断路器を介して、車載電気システム側から前記スタータバッテリ(2)を備えるスタータ回路(5)に接続されることができるものであり、
前記車載電気システム(3)は前記スタータ回路(5)から離脱可能であり、前記スタータ制御装置および前記車載電気システム断路器は互いに並列に接続され、前記モジュール(13)に統合され、
前記車載電気システム側と前記スタータ制御装置との間に第1の準ダイオード(9)が設けられ、前記第1の準ダイオード(9)は元の状態では閉成されているものであり、始動プロセス中に前記第1の準ダイオード(9)は開放され、前記車載電気システム(3)の電圧監視が実行され、および
制御ユニット(11)が設けられ、前記制御ユニット(11)は前記第1の準ダイオード(9)に接続されるものであり、前記制御ユニット(11)は、前記始動プロセス中に前記車載電気システム側で予め決められた電圧降下を下回るか、または前記コンバータ(4)が故障した場合に、前記第1の準ダイオード(9)を閉成し、かつ前記始動プロセスを停止することを特徴とする、統合されたスタータおよび車載電気システム断路モジュール。 - 前記スタータ制御装置は、スタータモータ(7)を起動するためのスタータスイッチ(6)を備え、前記スタータモータ(7)および前記スタータバッテリ(2)が始動プロセス中に前記車載電気システム(3)から分離可能であるように、前記スタータモータ(7)は前記スタータバッテリ(2)に電気的に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記車載電気システム断路器は、車載電気システム断路スイッチ(8)を含み、前記スタータスイッチ(6)および/または前記車載電気システム断路スイッチ(8)は、固有のダイオードを有するMOSFETとして形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のモジュール。
- 前記スタータスイッチ(6)と直列に接続される直列抵抗(12)が設けられ、前記直列抵抗(12)は、スタータ回路側から前記第1の準ダイオード(9)と電気的に接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のモジュール。
- 前記第1の準ダイオード(9)と直列接続された第2の準ダイオード(10)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 多電圧式車載電気システムにおける、特にプラグインハイブリッド車両のスタート/ストップ作業およびハイブリッド車載電気システムのための、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の統合されたスタータおよび車載電気システム断路モジュール(13)の使用。
