Claims (17)
- 内側シャフトと、
複数の腔内装置の順次送入のための複数の送入プラットフォームと、

を備える送入装置であって、
前記複数の送入プラットフォームの少なくとも1つの送入プラットフォームは、
内側シャフトに固定され、前記内側シャフトよりも小さいデュロメータを有し、非一定な外径をさらに有している、スリーブ
を備えており、
前記少なくとも1つの送入プラットフォームは、当該送入装置から脈管内へと配置される腔内装置を受け入れておくように構成され、前記少なくとも1つの送入プラットフォームは、前記スリーブ上に前記腔内装置を受け入れるように構成されており、
前記外鞘は、前記内側シャフトおよび前記送入プラットフォーム上に配置され、前記内側シャフトおよび前記送入プラットフォームを覆ってスライド可能であり、前記外鞘は、前記送入プラットフォームを覆う配置前位置と、前記外鞘が引き戻されて前記少なくとも1つの送入プラットフォームが露出される少なくとも1つの送入位置とを有し、
前記1対の環状バンドは、両方の前記環状バンドがどちらも第1の外径を有しており、ここで前記スリーブが前記環状バンドの間に位置し、前記スリーブが前記1対の環状バンドよりも小さいデュロメータを有し、前記スリーブの前記非一定な外径が前記環状バンドの前記第1の外径よりも小さく、ここで前記少なくとも一つの送入プラットフォームが前記腔内装置を前記環状バンドの間に受け入れるように構成され、
前記スリーブの前記非一定な外径が、第1の円筒形部分と、該第1の円筒形部分よりも大きいが前記環状バンドの前記第1の外径よりは小さい外径を有する第2の円筒形部分とを有し、前記第2の円筒形部分は前記第1の円筒形部分よりも軸方向の長さが短く、前記スリーブが前記第1および第2の円筒形部分の間で滑らかなテーパ状の推移をさらに備えている、
送入装置。 - 前記複数の送入プラットフォームの各々の送入プラットフォームは、スリーブを備えている、請求項1に記載の送入装置。
- 前記スリーブ上に配置された腔内装置をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の送入装置。
- 前記スリーブは、前記腔内装置の軸方向の全長の全体、3/4、2/3、1/2、40%、1/3、または1/4を延びている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の送入装置。
- 前記腔内装置は、波形のストラットで構成された1対のリングを備えている、請求項3または4に記載の送入装置。
- 前記スリーブは、前記波形のストラットのうちの一方の軸方向の全長または前記1対のリングのうちの一方の軸方向の全長の全体、4/5、3/4、2/3、または1/2に沿って延びている、請求項5に記載の送入装置。
- 前記波形のストラットのうちの前記一方または前記1対のリングのうちの前記一方は、最も近位側の波形のリングに位置し、あるいは最も近位側の波形のリングである、請求項6に記載の送入装置。
- 前記腔内装置は、縮められた状態で前記スリーブ上にあり、前記外鞘が、前記腔内装置をその場に拘束する、請求項3〜7のいずれか一項に記載の送入装置。
- 前記スリーブと前記外鞘との間のすき間が、前記腔内装置およびスリーブと前記外鞘との間に干渉を伴うはまり合いをもたらし、該干渉を伴うはまり合いが、配置の際に前記外鞘が引き戻されるときに当該送入装置によって前記腔内装置を拘束することを可能にし、飛び出しの可能性を減らす、請求項8に記載の送入装置。
- 前記スリーブは、該スリーブの長さの一部分にわたって保たれる円形の断面を有する円筒形である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の送入装置。
- 前記スリーブは、テーパ、砂時計形状、畝、くぼみ、点、2つ以上の異なる直径、のうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の送入装置。
- 前記環状バンドの各々は、近位端に半径を備えている、請求項1に記載の送入装置。
- 前記環状バンドの各々は、放射線不透過性らせんコイルを備えている、請求項1または12に記載の送入装置。
- 前記放射線不透過性らせんコイルは、前記スリーブを形成するポリマーよりも大きいデュロメータを有するポリマーに包まれている、請求項13に記載の送入装置。
- 前記スリーブは、前記1対の環状バンド間の距離の3/4、2/3、1/2、40%、1/3、または1/4を延びている、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の送入装置。
- 前記スリーブは、最も近位側の環状バンドから延びているか、前記1対の環状バンドの間の中央に位置するか、の少なくとも一方である、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の送入装置。
- 前記スリーブは、両方の前記環状バンドの間を延びて両方の前記環状バンドに接している、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の送入装置。
