Claims (4)
- 複数のフロアを有する高架台上に振動篩と、骨材貯蔵ビンと、骨材計量槽と、ミキサとを階層状に組み込むと共に、前記ミキサ下位の少なくとも四隅に配置して高架台を支持する架台脚柱の間隔を運搬車両が前後及び左右方向から進入可能な幅とし、かつ前記高架台の側部に配置される骨材加熱用の骨材ドライヤと、加熱した骨材を前記振動篩に持ち上げる垂直搬送装置とを運搬車両が進入する前記架台脚柱間に位置しないように設置したことを特徴とするアスファルトプラント。
- 前記高架台の最上段のフロアに前記骨材ドライヤと略平行に再生ドライヤを搭載し、前記振動篩、骨材貯蔵ビン、骨材計量槽を組み込んだ下段フロアに再生材貯蔵ビンと、再生材計量槽とを搭載し、該再生材計量槽を前記ミキサの上位に配置すると共に、前記垂直搬送装置により持ち上げた骨材を投入する振動篩の位置を前記ミキサの真上からずらすような位置関係に設置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のアスファルトプラント。
- 前記骨材ドライヤの骨材排出側にドラムの回転とともに骨材をドラム上部へ持ち上げる持ち上げ手段と、該持ち上げ手段にて持ち上げた骨材を流し込む開口部を有する排出シュートとを備え、該排出シュートはその開口部の位置高さによる傾斜を利用してドラム後方のドラム回転軸方向へと延出し、その先端部を前記垂直搬送装置の投入口に接続し、前記骨材ドライヤが運搬車両の進入の妨げにならないように前記架台脚柱から遠ざけて設置できるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のアスファルトプラント。
- 前記持ち上げ手段は、前記骨材ドライヤのドラムの骨材排出側を拡径して流下する骨材を落とし込ませて貯留する溝部を形成し、該溝部内には貯留した骨材をドラムの回転に伴ってドラム上部へ持ち上げる持ち上げ羽根を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項3記載のアスファルトプラント。
