Description
本願は、2013年6月7日に出願された「ガイドカテーテルドライブ」との名称の米国仮出願第61/832,227号、及び2012年9月11日に出願された「ガイドカテーテル制御用の血流停止バルブ及びシステム」との名称の米国仮出願第61/699,711号、並びに2012年9月6日に出願された「ガイドカテーテル制御用の血流停止バルブ及びシステム」との名称の米国仮出願第61/697,734号の利益を主張する。これらはすべて、その全体が参照としてここに組み入れられる。
Claims (15)
- 装置であって、
駆動ギアに結合された回転駆動モータと、
バルブ本体を含む血流停止バルブと、
近位端及び対向する遠位端を備えた拡張部材本体を有する拡張部材と、
コントローラと
を含み、
前記バルブ本体は、近位ポート、遠位ポート、及び前記近位ポートと前記遠位ポートとの間に延びる管腔を有する第1脚を備え、
前記管腔の中には介入デバイスが通過するのを許容するべく前記近位ポートに隣接して少なくとも一つのバルブが配置され、
前記バルブ本体は、前記第1脚に対して一定角度をなして延びて前記第1脚と流体連通する第2脚を含み、
前記バルブ本体には、前記遠位ポートに近接して回転ルアロックコネクタが回転可能に接続され、
前記拡張部材本体は、前記回転ルアロックコネクタと、前記近位端から前記遠位端へと貫通して延びる中空管腔とを含み、
前記回転ルアロックコネクタは、前記近位端に近接する雌ルアロックコネクタと、前記遠位端に近接する雄ルアロックコネクタとを含み、
前記雌ルアロックコネクタは、前記拡張部材の近位端において前記血流停止バルブに取り外し可能に固定され、
前記雄ルアロックコネクタは、ガイドカテーテルを取り外し可能に固定するように構成され、
前記拡張部材本体は、前記駆動ギアによって回転可能に駆動されるように構成された被駆動部材を有し、
前記駆動ギアの回転により前記拡張部材及び前記ガイドカテーテルが回転するが、前記血流停止バルブは回転動を受けず、
前記被駆動部材はさらに、前記被駆動部材及び前記血流停止バルブが互いに接続されたまま、前記駆動ギアから取り外すことができるように構成され、
前記コントローラは、ユーザインターフェースを介して前記回転駆動モータに、前記被駆動部材及び前記拡張部材を回転させる指令を与える装置。 - 前記被駆動部材はギアを含む請求項1の装置。
- 前記ギアは、前記近位ポートに対向する複数の歯を有するベベルギアであり、
前記駆動ギアは、前記被駆動部材の前記複数の歯に動作可能に嵌合された複数の歯を有するギアを含む請求項2の装置。 - 前記第1脚の近位端は、前記管腔を通してガイドワイヤ及びワーキングカテーテルを受容するように構成される請求項1の装置。
- 前記回転ルアロックコネクタは、前記ガイドカテーテルと前記血流停止バルブの第2脚との間の唯一の回転コネクタである請求項1の装置。
- 前記血流停止バルブは、前記拡張部材の雌ルアロックコネクタに動作可能に接続された突起部を含む請求項1の装置。
- 装置であって、
バルブ本体を含む血流停止バルブを含み、
前記バルブ本体は、近位ポート、遠位ポート、及び前記近位ポートと前記遠位ポートとの間に延びる管腔を有する第1脚を備え、
前記管腔の中には介入デバイスが通過するのを許容するべく前記近位ポートに隣接して少なくとも一つのバルブが配置され、
前記バルブ本体は、前記第1脚に対して一定角度をなして延びて前記第1脚と流体連通する第2脚を含み、
前記第1脚には、ガイドカテーテルを固定するべく構成された回転雄ルアロックコネクタが、前記遠位ポートに近接して回転可能に接続され、
前記回転雄ルアロックコネクタは、駆動機構によって回転可能に駆動されるように構成された被駆動部材を有し、
前記被駆動部材はさらに、前記被駆動部材及び前記血流停止バルブが互いに接続されたまま、前記駆動機構から取り外すことができるように構成され、
前記ガイドカテーテルは、前記回転雄ルアロックコネクタに結合されて回転する装置。 - 前記被駆動部材はギアを含む請求項7の装置。
- 前記ギアは、前記近位ポートに対向する複数の歯を有するベベルギアである請求項8の装置。
- 前記被駆動部材は、前記被駆動部材を位置決めする支承面を受容するように構成された前記被駆動部材の外周まわりに延びる溝を含む請求項9の装置。
- 前記ギア及び前記回転雄ルアロックコネクタは一つの部材として一体的に形成される請求項8の装置。
- 前記ギアは前記回転雄ルアロックコネクタに取り外し可能に結合される請求項8の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つのバルブは、開口を画定する弾性材料を含み、
前記弾性材料は変形することにより、前記開口を通って前記管腔を貫通する前記介入デバイスまわりの封止を形成するように構成される請求項7の装置。 - 前記被駆動部材は、前記ガイドカテーテルから延びて前記回転雄ルアロックコネクタに取り外し可能に結合された雌ルアロックコネクタを受容する管腔を有する中空コネクタである請求項7の装置。
- 前記中空コネクタはギアを含む請求項14の装置。
