Description
本願は、2013年6月7日に出願された「ガイドカテーテルドライブ」との名称の米国仮出願第61/832,227号、及び2012年9月11日に出願された「ガイドカテーテル制御用の血流停止バルブ及びシステム」との名称の米国仮出願第61/699,711号、並びに2012年9月6日に出願された「ガイドカテーテル制御用の血流停止バルブ及びシステム」との名称の米国仮出願第61/697,734号の利益を主張する。これらはすべて、その全体が参照としてここに組み入れられる。
Claims (11)
- 装置であって、
駆動部材に連結された駆動モータを搭載するベースと、
拡張部材コネクタを含む遠位端及び反対側の近位端を備えた拡張部材本体を有する拡張部材と、
前記拡張部材の前記拡張部材コネクタに連結されたカテーテルコネクタを備えた近位端を有するカテーテルとを含み、
前記拡張部材本体は、該拡張部材本体の近位端から該拡張部材本体の遠位端へと延びる中空管腔を含み、そして、前記拡張部材本体は、前記駆動部材によって回転駆動されるように構成された被駆動部材を有し、
前記ベースは、前記拡張部材本体を取り外し可能に受容する支持部材を含み、該支持部材は、前記駆動部材に従って回転できるように前記拡張部材を受容する、装置。 - 前記拡張部材コネクタが雄ルアコネクタであり、
前記カテーテルコネクタがレセプタクルである、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記カテーテルコネクタは、前記拡張部材コネクタを介し、前記拡張部材に取り外し可能に接続される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 血流停止バルブをさらに含み、
前記血流停止バルブは、近位ポート、遠位ポート、及び前記近位ポートと前記遠位ポートとの間に延びる管腔を有する第1脚を備えたバルブ本体を含み、
介入デバイスが貫通するのを許容するべく前記管腔において前記近位ポートに隣接して少なくとも1つのバルブが位置決めされ、
前記第1脚は、前記拡張部材本体の前記近位端において雌ルアロックコネクタに取り外し可能に連結された回転ルアコネクタを有する遠位端を含み、
前記駆動部材の回転は前記カテーテル及び前記拡張部材に回転を与えるが、前記バルブ本体はその回転動から切り離される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記ベースは、前記支持部材としてブラケットを含み、該ブラケットが、前記ベースに対して回転する前記拡張部材本体を支持する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ブラケットに支持される前記拡張部材は、前記ブラケットに対して長手軸まわりに回転可能である、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張部材本体は、位置決め特徴部を含む、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 前記位置決め特徴部は、前記拡張部材本体の外表面において円周方向に延伸した溝である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記ブラケットは、前記拡張部材が前記ブラケット及び前記ベースに対して回転するときに前記拡張部材本体の前記溝と相互作用をする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記被駆動部材は、前記拡張部材本体の端面に形成されたギアからなる、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ギアは、ほぼ近位方向を向いた複数の歯を含むベベルギアである、請求項10に記載の装置。
