Description
a)ポリアミドを100重量部と、
b)下記式(I):
Rは、それぞれ独立してメチル又はフェニルであり、
R’は、下記式(II):
かつ、指数a=0〜2、b=0〜2、c=10〜500、d=0〜50、a+b=2、b+d≧2である。)
で表される1以上の接着促進剤を0.5〜20重量部と、を含有する。

第2層=接着促進剤を含有しないポリアミド
第3層=ポリアミドと1以上の接着促進剤のみから成る本発明に係るポリマー組成物
a)本発明に係るポリマー組成物を作製する工程と;
b)該ポリマー組成物の膜を作製する工程と;
c)膜スタッキング工程又はダイレクトメルト工程又はラミネートによる、繊維複合半製品の製造工程の一部として、膜を加工する工程
で表される接着促進剤を、液注によりポリアミド類(ポリアミド6又はポリアミド6,6)に直接添加、又はマスターバッチとして固形で供給した。
押出機のヘッドから排出されるストランドを直接使用して、ポリアミド類中で使用される添加剤の分布特性を直接評価した。気泡とストランドの断裂が発生することなく、かつストランドの厚みのばらつきが20%未満である場合、ポリアミド中の添加剤の分布が均一であることが推定された。この状態は、以下に記載される実施形態において“OK”として示された。
50〜600μmの層厚を有する所謂キャスト膜のように、膜をキャスティング工程で製造した(Collin社製キャスト膜ライン)。以下の実施例でOKとして示された、層厚のばらつきが15%未満である膜の様々な領域の層厚を測定し、比較することによって膜の品質を評価した。
作製された膜は、膜スタッキング工程又はダイレクトメルト工程によって、更に繊維複合半製品に加工された。図1は、膜スタッキング工程を使用した際の繊維複合半製品の構造の略図であり、図2は、ダイレクトメルト工程を使用した際のものである。
先の膜製造を用いずに、変性外縁膜を用いる繊維複合半製品の更なる製造方法は、ダブルベルトプレス工程によって成される。この工程では、乾燥(非浸透)継目無繊維強化複合半製品をダブルベルトプレスに導入する。ダイレクトメルト工程と全く同様に、個々の層間の三角間隙において、マトリックス材を、好ましくはフラットシートダイを通して、乾燥生地に塗布する。
Claims (12)
- a)ポリアミドを100重量部と、
b)下記式(I):
O2/2]、D’=[R’RSiO2/2]であり、
Rは、それぞれ独立してメチル又はフェニルであり、
R’は、下記式(II):
かつ、指数a=0〜2、b=0〜2、c=15〜100、d=0〜50、a+b=2、b+d≧2、指数b+dの合計に対する指数a+cの合計の割合((a+c)/(b+d))が、4〜20である。)
で表される1以上の接着促進剤を0.5〜20重量部と、を含有し、
該ポリアミドと該接着促進剤の混合物を、少なくとも90重量%含有し、該接着促進剤は、該ポリアミドと反応しないことを特徴とするポリマー組成物。 - Rがメチルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 指数b+dの合計に対する指数a+cの合計の割合((a+c)/(b+d))が、
5〜15であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載のポリマー組成物。 - 指数cが、c=20〜50であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- (i)b=2である場合、指数dがd=0〜20であり、
(ii)b=0である場合、指数dがd=2〜20であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物。 - 該ポリマー組成物が接着促進剤を0.5〜5重量部含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 該ポリアミドがポリアミド6、ポリアミド12、及びポリアミド6,6から成る群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 該ポリアミドがポリアミド6であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 半製品の表面の少なくとも一部が、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物から形成されることを特徴とするポリアミドを基材とする繊維複合半製品。
- 厚さが10μm〜600μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物を含有する膜。
- 膜両面の境界層に、式(I)で表される接着促進剤が蓄積される領域を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の膜。
- 以下の工程:
a)請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物を得る工程と、
b)該ポリマー組成物の膜を製造する工程と、
c)繊維複合半製品の製造工程の一部として、膜スタッキング工程、ダイレクトメルト工程、又はラミネート加工により、該膜を加工する工程
から成る、繊維複合半製品の製造方法。
