Description
Claims (10)
- 鋳造機であって、溶融金属で満たされるべきキャビティと、前記キャビティに通じていて、相互に連結された中空空間の系を形成する導管システムと、ショットスリーブを備えている前記中空空間系の少なくとも一部内で動くことができる鋳造用ピストンを備える少なくとも1つの圧力部材と、溶融金属のリザーバと流体連通状態にある遠心ポンプとを有し、前記中空空間系の前記一部は、前記少なくとも1つの圧力部材を受け入れ、前記溶融金属は、前記ショットスリーブに底側部又は底端部のところで導入され、前記導管システムは、前記溶融金属の前記リザーバへの戻り通路として機能する中空空間を含まない、鋳造機。
- 前記遠心ポンプは、電子ブレーキを有する、請求項1記載の鋳造機。
- 制御装置を更に有し、前記制御装置は、前記遠心ポンプと関連したモータを制御するよう構成され、前記制御装置は、少なくとも1つの位置センサ、少なくとも1つの速度センサ、少なくとも1つの加速度センサ、または少なくとも1つの圧力センサからデータを受け取り、あるいは前記リザーバまたは関連の炉内の溶融金属の深さに関するデータを受け取る、請求項1記載の鋳造機。
- 弾性材料で構成された遮断弁と、前記弾性材料を変形させまたは作動させるよう構成されたプランジャとを有する、請求項1記載の鋳造機。
- 前記遠心ポンプは、インペラを収容したベースを有し、前記ベースは、前記溶融金属を前記鋳造装置に出力するよう構成され、前記インペラは、シャフトに連結され、前記シャフトは、モータに連結され、前記モータは、インバータを有し、前記インバータは、制御装置と連絡状態にあり、前記制御装置は、前記インバータに送り出される電流を加減して前記溶融金属の所定重量のショットが前記ショットスリーブに送り出されるよう構成されたソフトウェアプログラムを含む、請求項1記載の鋳造機。
- 前記制御装置と前記インバータおよび/または前記エンコーダとの間にフィードバックループが設けられている、請求項5記載の鋳造機。
- 前記制御装置は、ショット重量データまたはビスケット長さデータに基づいてポンプRPMの自動および/またはオペレータ調整をもたらす、請求項6記載の鋳造機。
- 溶融金属を鋳造機のショットスリーブに送り出す方法であって、
溶融金属炉を用意するステップを含み、前記炉は、前記溶融材料を収容保持する耐火ランニング材を有し、
溶融金属ポンプを前記炉中に導入するステップを含み、
前記ポンプに前記ショットスリーブと流体連通状態にある溶融金属出口導管を提供し、前記ポンプのシャフト・インペラ組立体を選択的に回転させて溶融金属を所定量で前記ショットスリーブに導入するステップを含む、方法。 - 前記ショットスリーブの各充填は、第1の比較的低い充填速度、第2の比較的高い充填速度、および第3の保持期間を有するサイクルを含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 溶融金属を金型キャビティに送り出す方法であって、
溶融金属炉を用意するステップを含み、前記炉は、前記溶融金属を収容保持する耐火ライニング材を有し、
溶融金属ポンプを前記炉中に関連付けるステップを含み、
前記溶融金属ポンプに前記金型キャビティと流体連通状態にある溶融金属出口を提供し、溶融金属を所定の量で前記金型キャビティに導入し、弾性材料を変形させまたは作動させることによって前記キャビティの入口を封止するステップを含む、方法。
