Claims (5)
- 低カリウム葉野菜のカリウムまたはナトリウムの含有量の測定方法であって、
前記低カリウム葉野菜を、中心部に位置する内葉と、最外部に位置する外葉と、前記内葉と前記外葉との間の中間に位置する中葉と、の各測定位置に分ける工程と、
前記測定位置ごとの葉の重量を測定する工程と、
前記測定位置ごとの葉のカリウムまたはナトリウムの含有量を測定する工程と、
前記含有量を前記重量当たりの割合に換算する工程と、を含み、
前記低カリウム葉野菜は、前記内葉のカリウム含有量と前記中葉のカリウム含有量との差が、前記中葉のカリウム含有量と前記外葉のカリウム含有量との差よりも小さく、
前記測定位置ごとの葉のカリウムまたはナトリウムの含有量を測定する工程は、
前記低カリウム葉野菜を乾燥することで得た乾物を灰化し、得られた灰から抽出した液中に含まれるカリウムまたはナトリウムの含有量を原子吸光計により測定することで行われる、
低カリウム葉野菜のカリウムまたはナトリウムの含有量の測定方法。 - 前記低カリウム葉野菜は、さらに、前記内葉のカリウム含有量が前記外葉のカリウム含有量よりも少ない、
