Claims (4)
- 野菜の種類に応じて、種まきから収穫までの全栽培期間が、第1栽培期間と、前記第1栽培期間に続く第2栽培期間とを含む養液栽培方法であって、
前記第1栽培期間において、カリウムを含有する第1養液栽培肥料を含む第1培養液で前記野菜を栽培するステップと、
前記第2栽培期間において、実質的にカリウムを含有しない第2養液栽培肥料を含む第2培養液で前記野菜を栽培するステップと、
前記第2栽培期間に、前記野菜に対して、風を与えるステップと、を備えた、
低カリウム野菜の養液栽培方法。 - 前記風の、前記野菜の葉の表面における風速は、0.05〜2m/secである、
請求項1に記載の低カリウム野菜の養液栽培方法。 - 前記風の、前記野菜の葉の表面における風速は、0.3m/sec以上、0.7m/sec以下である、
請求項1または2に記載の低カリウム野菜の養液栽培方法。 - 前記第2栽培期間は、前記全栽培期間の33%以上、50%以下の長さである、
請求項2に記載の低カリウム野菜の養液栽培方法。
