Description
− 外面21によって径方向に境界付けされ、かつ内側軌道22が備えられた外側リング20と、
− 外側リング20の同軸かつ内側に取り付けられ、外側軌道32が備えられた内側リング30と、
− 軌道22、32の内側に配置され、外側リング20と対応する内側リング30との相対的な回転を可能にする、一列の転動体41と、
を含む。
− 二つの半環状板51、51’を備える係合手段51、51’であって、径方向内側にあり、半環状板には、二つのほぼ半円形の部分を有する縁53がそれぞれ備えられ、二つの半環状板51、51’が、互いに独立しており、フランジ50を外側リング20に固定するために、部分的に組立溝23内に挿入される、係合手段と、
− 環状板52を備える固定手段52であって、一対のほぼ円形の外形によって径方向内方に限定され、半環状板51、51’を組立溝23内に固定するように、同じ二つの半環状板51、51’の軸方向裏側に配置された、固定手段と、
を備えている。
Claims (4)
- 転動体(41)を備える一対(1)の径方向フランジ付軸受(10、10’)であって、各軸受(10、10’)は、
− 外面(21)によって径方向に囲まれた、径方向外側リング(20)と、
− 前記外側リング(20)に対して同軸上にかつ内側に組み立てられた径方向内側リング(30)と、
− 前記外側リング(20)と前記内側リング(30)の間に置かれ、この二つの前記リング(20、30)が相対的に回転することを可能にする一列の転動体(41)と、
− 前記外側リング(20)に確実に固定されたフランジ(50)と
を備え、
− 対応する前記外側リング(20)には、外面(21)に沿って得られる組立溝(23)が備えられ、
− 前記フランジ(50)は、前記外側リング(20)とは一つの部品からなるものではなく、前記組立溝(23)に対応して前記外側リング(20)とは脱着可能であり、
− 前記フランジ(50)は、当該フランジ(50)と前記外側リング(20)とを係合する係合手段(51、51’)と、前記係合手段(51、51’)に軸方向に密接して置かれ、係合手段(51、51’)を組立溝(23)の内側に固定するための固定手段(52)と、を備え、
− 前記係合手段(51、51’)が、前記組立溝(23)内に部分的に挿入される半環状板(51、51’)を備え、
− 固定手段(52)は、一対の中央貫通孔(57)が備えられかつ外側リング(20)の外面(21)上に組み立てられた環状板(52)を備え、環状板(52)は、前記係合手段(51、51’)が備える半環状板(51、51’)の軸方向外側に配置され、かつ半環状板(51、51’)双方に確実に固定され、
組立溝(23)は、外側リング(20)の外面(21)上に、環状組立縁(24)を画定し、前記環状組立縁(24)の上には、前記環状板(52)が組み立てられ、前記環状組立縁(24)及び前記環状板(52)の一対の前記中央貫通孔(57)には、対応する平坦化部(24a、57a)が備えられ、前記平坦化部(24a、57a)は、前記外側リング(20)に対して回転しないものでありかつ互いに係合し、前記環状板(52)の回転を防ぐことを特徴とする一対の径方向フランジ付軸受。 - 前記係合手段(51、51’)は、二つの前記半環状板(51、51’)を備え、二つの前記半環状板(51、51’)は、互いに独立し、前記半環状板(51、51’)には、対応する径方向内縁(53)が備えられ、かつ前記組立溝(23)の内側に挿入された二つのほぼ半円形の部分を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一対の径方向フランジ付軸受。
- 前記半環状板(51、51’)それぞれには、支持端面(54、55)が備えられ、前記半環状板(51、51’)それぞれの前記支持端面(54、55)は、もう一方の前記半環状板(51、51’)の前記端面(54、55)に対し露出しかつ接触していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の一対の径方向フランジ付軸受。
- 前記半環状板(51、51’)及び前記環状板(52)には、対応する貫通孔(51a、52a)が備えられ、前記半環状板(51、51’)の前記貫通孔(51a)が、前記環状板(52)の前記貫通孔(52a)と軸方向に位置合わせされていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の一対の径方向フランジ付軸受。
