Description
この出願は、2013年12月5日に出願した「削減した迷光のためにオフセット照明を出射する方法及びシステム」と題する米国仮特許出願第61/912,477号の優先権を主張し、そのすべての内容をあらゆる目的のために参照により本明細書に援用する。
Claims (11)
- 発光要素の線形アレイからプリンタヘッドによって供給された光硬化性表面に向けて、第1の軸周辺で光を照射することであって、前記発光要素は前記線形アレイの長手方向軸に沿って配置され、前記発光要素の線形アレイに平行に発光要素の他のアレイが配置されていないこと、
前記発光要素のアレイと前記光硬化性表面との間に置かれ、中心軸が前記第1の軸からずれている光学要素を介して、照射光を方向付けることであって、前記中心軸は前記第1の軸に平行であるが一致せず、前記光学要素は前記発光要素の線形アレイの長手方向軸に平行に向けられていること、及び、
前記光学要素を介して方向付けた照射光を、前記光硬化性表面に向けて、第2の軸周辺で前記第1の軸から離れるように、かつ、前記プリンタヘッドから離れるように非対称に偏向することであって、前記第2の軸は前記第1の軸に対して鋭角の偏向角度を有すること、を含み、
前記光学要素は、前記発光要素の線形アレイと前記光硬化性表面との間に置かれた唯一のレンズのみから構成されている
方法。 - 前記方法は光硬化性材料を照射するためのものである
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記光学要素は、シリンドリカルレンズである
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記中心軸と前記第1の軸との間のずれ量を増加することにより、前記偏向角度を増加することを更に備える
請求項1記載の方法。 - プリンタヘッドと、
発光要素の線形アレイの長手方向軸に沿って配置された前記発光要素の線形アレイを含み、前記線形アレイの幅方向軸に沿って配置された発光要素の他のアレイを含まない照明モジュールと、
前記発光要素の線形アレイと光硬化性表面との間に置かれた結合光学系と、
前記結合光学系の中心軸が、前記プリンタヘッドから離れる前記発光要素の線形アレイの第1の軸に平行であるが一致せずに、当該第1の軸からずれるように、前記線形アレイ上に前記結合光学系を配置し、
前記発光要素の線形アレイから前記光硬化性表面に向けて、前記第1の軸周辺で光を照射し、
前記結合光学系を介して照射光を方向付け、
前記結合光学系を介して方向付けられた照射光を、前記光硬化性表面に向けて、第2の軸周辺で前記第1の軸から離れるように、かつ、前記プリンタヘッドから離れるように非対称に偏向し、そこでは、前記第2の軸は前記第1の軸に対して鋭角の偏向角度を有し、前記結合光学系は前記発光要素の線形アレイの長手方向軸に平行に向けられたシリンドリカルロッドレンズを備え、前記シリンドリカルロッドレンズから発せられた照射光の各光線は前記プリンタヘッドから離れる鋭角で前記第1の軸から偏向される
ための実行可能な指令を有するコントローラと、を備え、
前記結合光学系は、前記発光要素の線形アレイと前記光硬化性表面との間に置かれた唯一のレンズのみから構成されている
印刷硬化システム。 - 前記中心軸と前記第1の軸との間のずれ量を減少させることにより偏向角度を減少させ、前記光硬化性表面を照射する光の強度を増加させるための実行可能な指令を更に備える
請求項5記載のシステム。 - プリンタヘッドを備えたプリンタ用の照明モジュールであって、
発光要素の線形アレイの長手方向軸に沿って配置された前記発光要素の線形アレイであって、そこでは、前記発光要素の線形アレイと平行に配置された発光要素の他のアレイはなく、前記線形アレイは前記プリンタヘッドによって供給された光硬化性表面に向けて第1の軸周辺で対称的に光を発する、前記線形アレイと、
前記発光要素の線形アレイの長手方向軸に平行に向けられ、前記線形アレイと前記光硬化性表面との間に置かれた光学要素と、を備え、
前記光学要素の中心軸は前記第1の軸からずれ、前記発光要素の線形アレイからの出射光を、前記光硬化性表面に向けて、第2の軸の周辺で前記第1の軸から離れるように、かつ、前記プリンタヘッドから離れるように非対称に方向付け、前記中心軸は前記第1の軸と平行であるが一致せず、そこでは、前記第2の軸は前記第1の軸に対して鋭角の偏向角度を有し、前記中心軸と前記第1の軸との間のずれ量を減少させることにより前記偏向角度を減少させ、前記光硬化性表面を照射する光の強度を増加させ、
前記光学要素は、前記発光要素の線形アレイと前記光硬化性表面との間に置かれた唯一のレンズのみから構成されている
照明モジュール。 - 光学要素モジュールを形成するために、光学要素を搭載した光学要素筐体を更に備え、
前記照明モジュールに光学要素モジュールを搭載する際に、前記中心軸が前記第1の軸からずれている
請求項7記載の照明モジュール。 - 前記光学要素モジュールは、除外可能に搭載可能な光学要素モジュールを備える
請求項8記載の照明モジュール。 - 複数の光学要素モジュールを更に備え、
前記複数の光学要素モジュールのそれぞれは、搭載された異なる光学要素を有し、
前記光学要素モジュールのそれぞれは、前記中心軸を前記第1の軸からずらして、前記照明モジュールに対して1つずつ交換可能に搭載されている
請求項9記載の照明モジュール。 - 前記光学要素筐体は、複数の位置合わせ用隆起を備え、
前記複数の位置合わせ用隆起のそれぞれは、前記光学要素の搭載縁部に位置合わせされたときに、前記中心軸と前記第1の軸との間の異なるずれ量に対応する
