Claims (19)
- 第1の組成物と第2の組成物とを含む缶詰食品製品を製造するための方法であって、
前記第1の組成物を缶内に供給するステップと、
前記第1の組成物内に配置され前記缶に対して水平に向いた開口を備えるノズルから、前記第2の組成物を前記第1の組成物内に供給するステップと、
前記ノズルを前記缶内から取り出すステップと、
を含み、前記第1の組成物は前記第2の組成物を包み込み、
前記ノズルは、前記第1の組成物を前記缶内に供給するステップ及び前記第2の組成物を前記第1の組成物内に供給するステップにおいて前記缶内に少なくとも部分的に配置される、方法。 - 前記第1の組成物が肉エマルジョンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の組成物がグレービーである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 内部で前記第1の組成物が前記第2の組成物を包み込む前記缶をレトルト処理するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記缶が、約121℃〜約128℃の温度で、約25〜約50分間、レトルト処理される、請求項4に記載の方法。

- 前記缶の前記第1の位置が、前記充填装置との前記缶の封止係合を形成し、前記缶内の真空は、前記第1の組成物を前記缶内に吸引する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記缶内から前記ノズルを取り出す前記ステップが、前記缶を前記第2の位置から、前記缶から前記充填装置への距離が前記第2の位置での前記充填装置から前記缶への距離より大きい第3の位置に移動させるサブステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。

- 第1の組成物及び第2の組成物を含む缶詰食品製品を製造するための装置であって、
第1の供給源に接続された第1の流路を備え、前記缶内に前記第1の組成物を供給する充填ヘッドと、
水平に向いた開口を備える、前記充填ヘッドから延びるノズルであって、第2の供給源に接続された第2の流路に接続され、前記缶内に供給された前記第1の組成物内に前記第2の組成物を供給するノズルと、

前記ノズルは、前記第1の組成物を前記缶内に供給する際及び前記第2の組成物を前記第1の組成物内に供給する際に前記缶内に少なくとも部分的に配置される、装置。 - 缶を前記充填ヘッドとの封止係合に移動させるように構成された昇降板を備える、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 第1の組成物が前記第1の供給源から前記第1の流路を通って前記缶内に吸引されるように、封止された前記缶内に真空を発生させるポンプを備える、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の流路を通って前記ノズル内に第2の組成物を誘導するピストンを備える、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 缶を前記充填ヘッドとの封止係合に移動させるように構成された昇降板の動きを制御するように、第1の組成物が前記第1の供給源から前記第1の流路を通って、封止された前記缶内に吸引されるよう、封止された前記缶内に真空を発生させるポンプの動作を制御するように、かつ、前記第2の流路を通って前記ノズル内に第2の組成物を誘導するピストンの動作を制御するように構成された制御機構を備える、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記制御機構が、前記ポンプが所定の量の前記第1の組成物を前記缶内に吸引した後で、前記昇降板を充填装置から離れる方向に移動させるように構成された、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記制御機構が、前記充填装置から離れる方向への前記昇降板の前記移動の休止を実行し、前記休止の間に前記ピストンをアクティブにするように構成された、請求項18に記載の装置。
