Claims (5)
- 円筒形状の上部胴筒と逆円錐形状の下部胴筒を有するサイクロン本体と、
前記上部胴筒の上縁部を覆い中央部に開口部を有する天板と、
粉体が含まれた第一の流体を前記上部胴筒の内壁面に沿って導入する第一導入管と、
前記第一導入管の上方において前記上部胴筒の前記天板の近傍に気密的に接続され、あらかじめ圧縮された第二の流体を導入する第二導入管と、
前記サイクロン本体の鉛直中心軸に沿って前記天板の前記開口部に挿入され、前記サイクロン本体内から排気流を上昇させて前記サイクロン本体から排出する排気管と、
前記サイクロン本体内において前記第一の流体及び前記第二の流体の旋回運動により分離された粉体を捕集する捕集部を備え、
前記第二導入管は、複数配置され、
前記第二の流体は、前記サイクロン本体の鉛直中心軸と直交する方向に沿う方向であって前記上部胴筒の内壁面の接線と平行な方向に導入されることを特徴とするサイクロン装置。 - 前記第一導入管は、所定の曲率で屈曲する屈曲部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のサイクロン装置。
- 前記第二導入管から導入される前記第二の流体は、前記第一導入管から導入される前記第一の流体よりも速い速度で導入されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のサイクロン装置。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のサイクロン装置を用いて粉体を分級する分級方法であって、
前記第二の流体の圧力を調整することを特徴とする分級方法。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のサイクロン装置を用いて粉体を分級する分級方法であって、
前記第二の流体の流量を調整することを特徴とする分級方法。
