図1から図16を参照して、実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、電気接続箱に関する。図1は、実施形態に係る電気接続箱を示す斜視図、図2は、実施形態に係る電気接続箱の平面図、図3は、実施形態に係る電気接続箱の分解斜視図、図4は、実施形態に係る電気接続箱の内部を示す斜視図、図5は、実施形態に係る蓋部を下面側から見た斜視図、図6は、蓋部に対するバスバーの取り付けを説明する斜視図、図7は、実施形態に係るバスバーの斜視図、図8は、実施形態に係るバスバーの平面図、図9は、実施形態に係るバスバー保持部を示す図、図10は、実施形態に係るバスバー保持部を示す断面図、図11は、実施形態に係るバスバー保持部を示す断面斜視図である。図10には、図9のX−X断面が示されている。
図17を参照して、実施形態の第1変形例について説明する。図17は、実施形態の第1変形例に係る配線板を示す斜視図である。図17に示すように、配線板6A,6B,6Cには互い違いに凹部が形成されてもよい。第一配線板6Aには、凹部81が形成されている。同様に、第二配線板6Bおよび第三配線板6Cには、凹部82、凹部83が形成されている。凹部81,82,83の形状は、例えば、矩形である。凹部81と凹部83とは配線板6A,6B,6Cの板厚方向において互いに対向している。幅方向Xにおいて、第二配線板6Bの凹部82は、凹部81,83に対してずれて配置されている。
実施形態の第2変形例について説明する。配線板6A,6B,6Cの形状は、矩形には限定されない。一枚の配線板に配置される突部の数は、六個には限定されない。例えば、配線板6A,6B,6Cに配置される突部の個数は、五個以下であっても、七個以上であってもよい。なお、一枚の配線板に配置される突部の個数は、各配線板6A,6B,6Cにおいて共通であることが望ましい。配線板の枚数は、三枚には限定されない。例えば、配線板は一枚であっても、四枚以上であってもよい。

Claims (5)
- フレーム本体と、
前記フレーム本体に組み付けられる蓋部と、
前記フレーム本体と前記蓋部とによって挟まれる板状部材と、
前記板状部材の表面に配置される本体と、前記本体から前記蓋部に向けて折れ曲がった端子部と、を有するバスバーと、
を備え、
前記バスバーは、前記端子部の側面から突出する突起を有し、
前記蓋部は、前記端子部が挿入されるバスバー保持部を有し、
前記バスバー保持部において、前記端子部の側面と対向する壁部は、前記突起が圧入される保持溝を有する
ことを特徴とする電気接続箱。 - 前記突起を有する前記バスバーにおいて、前記本体に対して折れ曲がった端子部の全てが前記蓋部側に折れ曲がっている
請求項1に記載の電気接続箱。 - 前記フレーム本体と前記蓋部との間には、複数の前記板状部材が積層して配置され、
前記板状部材の辺には、第一縁部と、前記第一縁部に対して前記辺と直交する方向に向けて突出した第二縁部と、が互いに隣接する段差部が形成されており、
複数の前記板状部材は、前記第一縁部と前記第二縁部とが交互に重なるように積層されている
請求項1または2に記載の電気接続箱。 - 前記突起は、前記端子部の基端部に配置されている
請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の電気接続箱。 - 前記バスバー保持部において、前記端子部の側面と対向する壁部は、更に、前記端子部を案内する案内溝を有し、
前記端子部の側面と対向する壁部を正面視した場合に、前記保持溝の中心線と前記案内溝の中心線とが重なる
請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の電気接続箱。
