(ここで、[Ni2+]と[Fe2+]は、電解液中のニッケルイオンの濃度と鉄イオンの濃度をそれぞれ意味する。)

f_Ni2+={[Ni2+]/([Ni2+]+[Fe2+])}×100
(ここで、[Ni2+]と[Fe2+]は、電解液中のニッケルイオンの濃度と鉄イオンの濃度をそれぞれ意味する。)
Claims (4)
- 電鋳めっき法により製造された鉄−ニッケル合金箔であって、
ニッケルの含量が36〜45重量%であり、残部として鉄(Fe)及び不可避不純物を含み、
前記合金箔の組織が面心立方構造であって、(111)面、(200)面、(220)面の集合組織係数の総和に対する、(111)面及び(200)面の集合組織係数の和の割合が80〜98%、(111)面の集合組織係数の割合が60〜78%、(200)面の集合組織係数の割合が20〜30%、(220)面の集合組織係数の割合が2〜20%であることを特徴とする、鉄−ニッケル合金箔。 - 熱膨張係数(CTE)が3.0〜5.0ppm/Kである、請求項1に記載の鉄−ニッケル合金箔。
- 鉄化合物及びニッケル化合物を含む電解液を用いて電鋳めっき法により鉄−ニッケル合金箔を製造する方法であって、
前記電解液は、5〜20g/Lの鉄、20〜50g/Lのニッケル、20g/L以下の塩素、5g/L以下のボロン、100ppm以下のサッカリンを含み、
前記電解液中の鉄イオンとニッケルイオンとの関係が下記式1で表され、下記式1のf_Ni2+値が74.1〜78を満たし、
得られる鉄−ニッケル合金箔のニッケルの含量が36〜45重量%であることを特徴とする、鉄−ニッケル合金箔の製造方法。

(ここで、[Ni2+]と[Fe2+]は、電解液中のニッケルイオンの濃度と鉄イオンの濃度をそれぞれ意味する。) - 前記電鋳めっき法によりFe−Ni合金箔を製造する時に、1.5〜2.5のpH、45〜70℃の温度、10〜40A/dm2の電流密度、及び20〜45m3/hrの流量で行う、請求項3に記載の鉄−ニッケル合金箔の製造方法。
