Claims (12)

前記排液本体の前記通気開口部と流体連通して配設された、焼結された多孔性ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルタであって、その内部に複数の孔を画定し、前記通気アダプタ組立体の構成要素に直接溶接され、前記構成要素は、ポリカーボネートから少なくとも部分的に形成される、多孔性ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルタとを備え、
前記焼結された多孔性ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルタの前記複数の孔の少なくとも一部は、前記通気アダプタの前記構成要素の前記ポリカーボネートによって占有される、
ことを特徴とする通気アダプタ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載の通気アダプタ組立体であって、
前記通気アダプタ組立体の前記構成要素が、前記排液本体を含む、
ことを特徴とする通気アダプタ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載の通気アダプタ組立体であって、
前記通気アダプタ組立体の前記構成要素が、1つ以上の開口を内部に画定する保持部材を含み、
前記1つ以上の開口は、前記焼結された多孔性ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルタに流体的に結合される、
ことを特徴とする通気アダプタ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載の通気アダプタ組立体であって、
前記排液本体が、前記排液管腔と流体連通する試料採取ポートを含む、
ことを特徴とする通気アダプタ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載の通気アダプタ組立体であって、
前記焼結された多孔性ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルタの前記複数の孔の一部が、ポリカーボネートによって少なくとも部分的に占有される、
ことを特徴とする通気アダプタ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載の通気アダプタ組立体であって、
前記排液本体の前記排液管腔内に少なくとも部分的に配設された流れ調節器であって、前記排液管腔を通って前記遠位開口部までの流体の流れを調節するように構成される、流れ調節器、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする通気アダプタ組立体。 - 請求項6に記載の通気アダプタ組立体であって、
前記流れ調節器が、
前記排液管腔内に少なくとも部分的に配置された流れ障壁と、
前記流れ障壁に動作可能に結合された作動装置であって、前記流れ障壁を第1の位置と第2の位置との間で移動させるように構成される、作動装置と、
を含み、
前記流れ障壁は、前記流れ障壁が前記第1の位置にあるとき、流体が前記排液管腔を通って前記遠位開口部まで流れることを可能にし、前記流れ障壁が前記第2の位置にあるとき、前記流体が前記排液管腔を通って前記遠位開口部まで流れることを実質的に防止する、
ことを特徴とする通気アダプタ組立体。 - 請求項7に記載の通気アダプタ組立体であって、
前記焼結された多孔性ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルタが、前記作動装置に取り付けられ、
前記作動装置は、その内部に、前記焼結された多孔性ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルタに結合された少なくとも1つの流路を画定する、
ことを特徴とする通気アダプタ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載の通気アダプタ組立体であって、
前記排液本体に取り外し可能に取り付けられるように構成され、前記通気開口部の少なくとも一部分を覆うように構成されたサイズ及び形状を有するキャップ、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする通気アダプタ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載の通気アダプタ組立体であって、
前記焼結された多孔性ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルタが、焼結された多孔性ポリテトラフルオロエチレン膜を含む、
ことを特徴とする通気アダプタ組立体。 - 排尿バッグシステムであって、
入口を含み、少なくとも1つの流体を内部に蓄えるように構成された排液バッグと、
カテーテルと、
前記排液バッグの前記入口を前記カテーテルに流体的に結合する少なくとも1つの排液管と、
前記排液バッグと前記カテーテルとの間の前記少なくとも1つの排液管に結合された、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載された通気アダプタ組立体と、
を備えることを特徴とする排尿バッグシステム。 - 焼結された多孔性ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルタを通気アダプタ組立体の構成要素に超音波溶接する方法であって、
前記焼結された多孔性ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルタを前記通気アダプタ組立体の構成要素に隣接して配置するステップであって、前記焼結された多孔性ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルタはその内部に複数の孔を画定し、前記通気アダプタ組立体の前記構成要素は、ポリカーボネートから少なくとも部分的に形成される、配置するステップと、
前記通気アダプタ組立体の前記構成要素の前記ポリカーボネートの少なくとも一部が軟化し、前記焼結された多孔性ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルタの前記複数の孔の一部に流入し、前記複数の孔を少なくとも部分的に占有するように、前記焼結された多孔性ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルタを前記通気アダプタ組立体の前記構成要素に超音波溶接するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
