Description
−基本混合物又は最終製品を収容するよう構成された第一容器3と、
−(第一容器3において最終製品に変換されることになる)基本混合物を送出するよう、第一容器3に接続可能な第二容器2と、
を備える。
a)第一容器(3)に収容される基本混合物を空にするステップと、
b)第一容器(3)を洗浄用流体で洗浄するステップと、
c)第一容器(3)に少なくとも部分的に清掃用流体を満たし、第一容器(3)内の清掃用流体を低温殺菌熱処理するステップと、
を含む。
Claims (8)
- 液体状又は半液体状の基本混合物又は最終製品を収容するよう構成され、前記液体状又は半液体状の基本混合物又は最終製品を熱処理するための関連手段(5)および混合器(4)を有する第一容器(3)を備える、液体状又は半液体製品用の機械(1)を清掃する方法であって、時系列に、
a)前記第一容器(3)に収容される前記液体状あるいは半液体状の基本混合物又は最終製品を空にするステップと、
b)前記第一容器(3)を洗浄用流体で洗浄するステップと、
c)前記第一容器(3)に少なくとも部分的に清掃用流体を満たし、前記第一容器(3)内の前記清掃用流体を低温殺菌熱処理するステップと、
を含み、
前記機械(1)は、前記基本混合物を前記第一容器(3)へ送出するよう前記第一容器(3)に接続可能な第二容器(2)を備えており、
当該方法は、前記第二容器(2)に収容される前記基本混合物を空にするステップと、前記第二容器(2)を洗浄用流体で洗浄するステップと、
前記第二容器(2)に少なくとも部分的に清掃用流体を満たすステップと、
前記第二容器(2)内の前記清掃用流体を低温殺菌熱処理するステップと、
前記第一容器(3)と前記第二容器(2)との間で前記清掃用流体を再循環させるステップ、すなわち、前記第一容器(3)から前記第二容器(2)へと、又、前記第二容器(2)から前記第一容器(3)へと、実質的に連続的に、前記第一容器(3)および前記第二容器(2)を含む閉回路に沿って前記清掃用流体を移送するステップと、を含み、
前記ステップc)は、前記第一容器(3)から前記第二容器(2)へ前記液体状あるいは半液体状の基本混合物又は最終製品を移送するポンプ(6)と、前記第二容器(2)の混合器と、を所定時間間隔で所定時間作動させて、前記第一容器(3)と前記第二容器(2)の間で前記清掃用流体を再循環させるステップc2)を含む、清掃方法。 - 前記低温殺菌熱処理は、前記第一容器(3)に収容される前記清掃用流体を再循環させることにより、つまり、実質的に連続的に前記清掃用流体を前記第一容器(3)から抜き出し前記第一容器(3)へと注入して、前記第一容器(3)を含む閉回路に沿って前記清掃用流体を流動させることにより、実行される、
請求項1に記載の清掃方法。 - 前記清掃用流体は水である、
請求項1又は2に記載の清掃方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)〜(c)のセットを含む清掃サイクルは、所定時間間隔で実行される、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の清掃方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)〜(c)を含む前記サイクルは、65〜80時間の時間間隔で実行される、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の清掃方法。 - 前記第一容器(3)を洗浄用流体で洗浄する前記ステップb)は、前記第一容器(3)の面にブラシをかけるステップを含んでいる、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の清掃方法。 - 前記第一および第二容器(3,2)を洗浄用流体で清掃する前記ステップは、少なくとも部分的に前記第二容器(2)から前記第一容器(3)に前記洗浄用流体を移送するステップを含んでいる、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の清掃方法。 - 前記第一容器(3)に前記清掃用流体を満たし、前記清掃用流体を低温殺菌熱処理する前記ステップc)は、
前記清掃用流体を加熱するステップと、
所定の温度に加熱された前記清掃用流体を所定時間維持しておくステップと、
前記第一容器(3)内の前記清掃用流体を所定の保存温度へと冷却するステップと、
を含んでいる、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の清掃方法。
