Description
ここで、本願明細書において用いられる「マグネシウム化合物及び/又はカルシウム化合物」の意味は、「及び」は、マグネシウム化合物とカルシウム化合物の2種類を同時に用いる場合、また「又は」マグネシウム化合物とカルシウム化合物は、それぞれ単独に用いられる場合をいう。したがって、「及び/又は」は、これらの両方を含む意味に用いている。
(1)未焼成カンラン岩
リン酸全量(P2O5) 0.26 質量%
石灰全量(CaO) 2.8 質量%
マグネシウム全量(MgO) 36 質量%
カリ全量(K2O) 0.014 質量%
炭酸カルシウム(CaCO3) 5.1 質量%
炭酸マグネシウム(MgCO3) 90 質量%
pH 9.3(20℃)
(2)焼成カンラン岩
カンラン岩を温度300℃で3時間焼成した。
リン酸全量(P2O5) 0.26 質量%
石灰全量(CaO) 2.9 質量%
マグネシウム全量(MgO) 44 質量%
カリ全量(K2O) 0.017 質量%
炭酸カルシウム(CaCO3) 5.2 質量%
炭酸マグネシウム(MgCO3) 84 質量%
先ず、焼却炉1に前記ダイオキシン類生成の原因物質を含む廃棄物を投入した後、ダイオキシン類生成抑制剤添加装置Gにより、実施例1で製造したダイオキシン類生成抑制剤1の粉末を吹き込んだ。燃焼炉温度は700℃前後に制御した。廃棄物の燃焼中に発生した塩化水素は、ダイオキシン類生成抑制剤20と反応して固定化され、ダイオキシン類の発生は殆どなかった。抑制率は70%〜82%の範囲であった。以下に、排ガス中、煤塵、燃え殻中の各ダイオキシン類抑制効果を表1〜表3に示す。なお、表1〜表3において、単位は、ng−TEQ/m3Nである。
