Claims (4)
- 酸化鉄と前記酸化鉄よりも過剰のカルシウム化合物とを混合する工程と、
混合物を焼成し、前記カルシウム化合物を酸化カルシウムにするとともに前記カルシウム化合物と前記酸化鉄からカルシウムフェライトを生成させて前記酸化カルシウム中に分散させる工程と、
前記焼成によって得た生成物を水と混合して水和することにより、前記酸化カルシウムを溶解して微細化された多孔質状で内部にも空隙が形成された水酸化カルシウムを形成し、前記酸化カルシウムの溶解に伴い前記カルシウムフェライトが同時に微細化分散されるとともに、前記カルシウムフェライト内部に分散する前記酸化鉄も砕かれて微細化分散され、微細化された多孔質状の前記水酸化カルシウムの内部や表面に、微粒状の前記カルシウムフェライトや、微小且つ高純度の前記酸化鉄を分散して配置させる工程とを具備することを特徴とするハイブリッド燃焼触媒の製造方法。 - 更に、前記水和によって得た生成物をろ過後、乾燥して解砕する工程を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド燃焼触媒の製造方法。
- 前記酸化鉄としてFe2O3、前記カルシウム化合物としてCaCO3を用い、前記Fe2O3/前記CaCO3を0.2〜0.4の重量比で混合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド燃焼触媒の製造方法。
- 前記混合物の焼成は、800〜1000℃の範囲で焼成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド燃焼触媒の製造方法。
