Claims (5)
- 吸引した空気を圧縮して吐出する油冷式の空気圧縮機本体、前記空気圧縮機本体から吐出された圧縮空気と潤滑油を分離する油分離器、前記油分離器から吐出した潤滑油を外気で冷却するオイルクーラ、前記オイルクーラから吐出した潤滑油を前記空気圧縮機本体の軸受および前記空気圧縮機本体の圧縮途中の中間部に給油するための給油管路、前記油分離器から吐出した空気を外気で冷却するアフタークーラとを備え、前記空気圧縮機本体、前記油分離器、前記オイルクーラ、および前記アフタークーラとを接続して高圧空気を圧縮機外へ供給する油冷式の空気圧縮機において、
冷媒を圧縮する冷媒用圧縮機、凝縮器、膨張弁、第一蒸発器、第二蒸発器を環状に連通して構築し、前記第一蒸発器の一次側には、前記空気圧縮機に吸入される吸込空気を流通させ、二次側に冷媒を流通させ、前記第二蒸発器の一次側に潤滑油を流通させ、二次側に前記冷媒を流通させる事で、前記空気圧縮機の吸込空気の冷却及び除湿と、前記潤滑油の冷却を同時に行う蒸気圧縮式の冷凍サイクルを備え、
前記オイルクーラと前記空気圧縮機本体の圧縮途中の空気に潤滑油を給油するための前記中間部とを接続する前記給油管路の中間に前記第二蒸発器を設け、前記オイルクーラから吐出した潤滑油の一部が、前記第二蒸発器へ流入し、冷媒と熱交換されたのち前記中間部より前記空気圧縮機本体の圧縮途中の空気に給油され、
前記冷媒用圧縮機の回転数及び前記膨張弁の開度を吸込空気の温湿度によって制御する事を特徴とする空気圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機において、
前記第一蒸発器の二次側の吐出部と前記第二蒸発器の二次側の吸込部を接続した事を特徴とする空気圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機において、
前記第一蒸発器の二次側の吸込部と前記第二蒸発器の二次側の吸込部を前記膨張弁の吐出部に並列に接続し、前記第一蒸発器の二次側の吐出部と前記第二蒸発器の二次側の吐出部を前記冷媒用圧縮機の吸込部に並列に接続した事を特徴とする空気圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機において、
前記第二蒸発器の一次側を流通する潤滑油と前記第二蒸発器の二次側を流通する冷媒の流動方向が対向流になるように接続した事を特徴とする空気圧縮機。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の空気圧縮機において、
潤滑油の給油量を制御するための制御弁を設けた事を特徴とする空気圧縮機。
