Claims (5)
- 往復移動するシャフトを有する電動機構と、閉弁方向に付勢される弁体とを有し、その弁体を閉弁方向に付勢した状態で電磁力により吸着する吸着部を上記電動機構のシャフトに連結してシャフトと共に吸着部を往復移動させ、この吸着部に吸着させた状態で電動機構によって弁体を開弁方向に移動させ、その状態でこの吸着部の電磁力を消失させることによって弁体が付勢力によって閉弁方向に移動して、弁口を閉弁する安全弁において、上記弁体を第1の弁体とし、この第1の弁体によって閉弁される上記弁口を第1の弁口として、上記第1の弁口の上流側に第1の弁口を囲繞する弁口であって、上記第1の弁口を通過するガスの全てが通過する第2の弁口が形成され、この第2の弁口を開閉弁する第2の弁体を上記吸着部に形成し、この第2の弁口に対して先行して上記第1の弁体で第1の弁口を閉弁した状態で上記第2の弁体で第2の弁口を閉弁し得るように構成したことを特徴とする安全弁。
- 上記吸着部を第2の弁口方向に付勢する付勢手段を設け、停電により上記電動機構が作動を停止した際に、この付勢手段の付勢力によって吸着部が第2の弁口に向かって移動し、吸着部に形成した上記第2の弁体によって第2の弁口を閉弁することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全弁。
- 上記第1の弁体の先端側に第1の弁口内に挿入される流量調節部を係止し、第1の弁口への流量調節部の挿入量の増減によって第1の弁口を通過する流体の流量を調節するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の安全弁。
- 上記電動機構に対するハーネスが接続されるコネクタと上記吸着部に対するハーネスが接続されるコネクタとを一体に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の安全弁。
- 上記第2の弁体が第2の弁口を閉弁している状態で、上記第1の弁体は上記吸着部に吸着されている状態と同じ状態で第1の弁口を閉弁していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の安全弁。
