Claims (3)
- 細長の挿入部の先端に先端硬性部を備え、該先端硬性部に、
上記挿入部の長手方向と略直交する観察方向に対物窓を向けた側視型の光学観察部;
上記長手方向及び上記観察方向と略直交する幅方向に離間する一対の側壁を有して上記観察方向に向けて開口すると共に、上記挿入部内に配設した処置具管路の先端接続部が接続して、該処置具管路内に挿通された処置具を突出可能にさせる側方開口凹部;
上記幅方向に向く軸を中心に起倒操作可能に上記側方開口凹部内に支持され、上記処置具管路から突出した上記処置具を支持するV溝を有し、上記側方開口凹部からの上記処置具の突出方向を定める起上台;及び
観察部位に接触する送受波面を通して超音波断層像を得る超音波プローブ;
が設けられる超音波内視鏡であって、
上記幅方向において、上記側方開口凹部の上記一対の側壁の一方である境界側壁を挟んで片側に上記光学観察部が位置し、反対側に上記超音波プローブの上記送受波面が位置すること;
上記長手方向において、上記送受波面の少なくとも一部が上記境界側壁と重なる範囲に位置し、かつ上記送受波面と上記起上台の位置が異なること;及び
上記観察方向である側方から上記先端硬性部を見たとき、上記送受波面の外形中心と上記処置具管路の上記先端接続部の上記幅方向の中心とを結ぶ仮想線上に、上記起上台の上記V溝の先端である頂部が位置すること;
を特徴とする超音波内視鏡。 - 請求項1記載の超音波内視鏡において、上記仮想線が上記長手方向と略平行である超音波内視鏡。
- 請求項1記載の超音波内視鏡において、上記仮想線が上記長手方向に対して交差する超音波内視鏡。
