Claims (13)

前記出口端(101)は、第1縁部(104)と、第2縁部(106)と、前記第1縁部(104)及び前記第2縁部(106)によって少なくとも一部が規定された出口開口(102)とを含み、前記第1縁部(104)及び前記第2縁部(106)は、各々、前記経路(220)に交差する平面に沿って延びており、かつ全長が伸縮自在であり、
前記出口端(101)の前記第1縁部(104)は、部分B、部分C、及び、前記部分Bと前記部分Cの間の部分Dを含み、
前記出口端(101)の前記第2縁部(106)は、部分B’、部分C’、及び、前記部分B’と前記部分C’の間の部分D’を含み、
前記出口端(101)の前記第1縁部(104)の前記部分Bは、前記第1縁部(104)の前記部分Cに対して移動自在であり、
前記出口端(101)の前記第2縁部(106)の前記部分B’は、前記第2縁部(106)の前記部分C’に対して移動自在であり、
前記部分Bおよび前記部分B’は、同じ方向に同時に移動する構成であり、

前記第2部品(118)は、前記材料送給チャネル(114)に対して移動不能である、装置(100)。 - 前記出口端(101)の前記第1縁部(104)の前記部分B及び前記部分Cが湾曲しているか、又は、前記出口端(101)の前記第2縁部(106)の前記部分B’及び前記部分C’が湾曲しているか、の少なくとも一方の構成が付与されており、
前記ビード(202)は、前記経路(220)に交差する断面において、互いに離間する第1の部分(210)および第2の部分(212)を有しており、前記第1の部分(210)は第1曲率部(222)を有し、前記第2の部分(212)は第2曲率部(224)を有し、かつ
前記出口端(101)の前記第1縁部(104)又は前記第2縁部(106)の少なくとも一方は、前記ビード(202)の前記第1曲率部(222)と前記ビード(202)の前記第2曲率部(224)の間に、前記ビード(202)に沿った段差のない移行部(218)が設けられるように輪郭付けられている、請求項1に記載の装置(100)。 - 前記第2部品(118)は、前記出口端(101)の前記第1縁部(104)の前記部分D及び前記出口端(101)の前記第2縁部(106)の前記部分D’をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記第2部品(118)に連結された反作用ブロック(120)と、
前記第1部品(116)を前記反作用ブロック(120)から遠ざかる方向に付勢するための手段(122)と、

- 前記出口端(101)の前記第1縁部(104)の前記部分Bは、前記出口端(101)の前記第2縁部(106)の前記部分B’とは異なる構成である、請求項1に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記出口端(101)の前記第1縁部(104)の前記部分Cは、前記出口端(101)の前記第2縁部(106)の前記部分C’とは異なる構成である、請求項1、8、又は9のいずれか1つに記載の装置(100)。
- 前記出口端(101)の前記第1縁部(104)の前記部分Cは、前記出口端(101)の前記第2縁部(106)の前記部分C’と同一構成である、請求項1、8、又は9のいずれか1つに記載の装置(100)。
- 経路(220)に沿って延びるとともに、前記経路(220)に沿って変化する寸法Aを有する幾何学的要素(204)に、材料(200)をビード(202)として塗布する方法(300)であって、
第1縁部(104)と、第2縁部(106)と、前記第1縁部(104)及び前記第2縁部(106)によって少なくとも一部が規定された出口開口(102)とを含む出口端(101)を備える装置(100)を用意することを含み、
前記出口端(101)の前記第1縁部(104)は、前記経路(220)に交差する平面に沿って延びており、かつ、部分B、部分C、及び、前記部分Bと前記部分Cの間の部分Dを含み、前記部分Dは、長さLを有しており、前記部分Bおよび前記部分Cは、形状が不変であり、
