Description

IRチャンバにおける衛生化は、PEFユニットにおける高電圧パルスを用いた処理の前又はその後に、あるいは処理の前後両方で実行され得る。
図1には、本発明の一実施形態に係るプロセス又はシステムのブロック図が示されている。流入する生成物、例えばバラスト水は、フィルタにおいて分離される。固体相のレベルが増大した相が、PEFユニットにおいて高電圧パルス処理を受ける一方で、液相(水相)は、バラスト水の場合には海又は湖に戻すことできるように非常にきれいであるか、あるいは最初に、例えば別個のPEFユニットを介して、更なる浄化処理に送られる。次いで、PEF処理を受けた固体相のレベルが高いフローを、浄化施設のストリームに送るか、あるいは、バイオガス製造のために消化チャンバにおいて消化することができる。
Claims (18)
- ポンプ輸送可能な液体フローの処理の方法であって、前記方法は、
ポンプ輸送可能な液体フローを流入する生成物の形態で提供し、
次に、1つ以上の凝集剤を前記ポンプ輸送可能な液体フローに加え、
その後、固体相の含有量が増大した1つのフロー及び液体レベルが増大した1つのフローを得るために、前記ポンプ輸送可能な液体フローから固体相を分離するための濾過を行い、
その後、前記固体相の含有量が増大したフローの消化率を増大させるために、前記固体相の含有量が増大したフローをPEFユニットにおける高電圧パルスを用いて処理し、
前記固体相の含有量が増大したフローをPEFユニットにおける高電圧パルスを用いて処理された後、バイオガスの製造のために、前記固体相の含有量が増大したフローの中間ステップ又は再循環を必要とせずに、前記固体相の含有量が増大したフローの消化を直接実行する、
方法。 - 前記固体相の含有量が増大したフロー中の乾物レベルは、前記分離へと流入する前記ポンプ輸送可能な液体フロー中よりも5〜100倍高い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- PEFユニットにおける高電圧パルスを用いた前記固体相の含有量が増大したフローの前記処理の後に、更なる濾過が実行される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記液体レベルが増大したフローの少なくとも一部は、更なる浄化に暴露され、濾過及び/又はその組み合わせに再循環される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 更なる浄化に暴露される前記液体レベルが増大したフローの一部は、別個のPEFユニットにおいて高電圧パルスを用いて処理される、請求項4に記載の方法。
