Abstract
Description

IRチャンバにおける衛生化は、PEFユニットにおける高電圧パルスを用いた処理の前又はその後に、あるいは処理の前後両方で実行され得る。

Claims (20)

その後の、PEFユニットにおける高電圧パルスを用いた固体相の含有量が増大した前記フローの処理と、を含む、方法。 - 固体相の含有量が増大した前記フロー中の乾物レベルは、前記分離への流入するポンプ輸送可能な液体フロー中よりも5〜100倍高い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- PEFユニットにおける高電圧パルスを用いた固体相の含有量が増大した前記フローの前記処理の後に、更なる濾過が実行される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
