Claims (6)
- 圧縮機、凝縮器、膨張弁、及び蒸発器を配管接続した冷凍サイクル装置であって、
前記凝縮器と前記蒸発器との間の液管に一端が接続され、前記圧縮機の吸入管に他端が接続されて前記蒸発器をバイパスするバイパス管と、
前記バイパス管の冷媒の流れを制御するバイパス弁と、
前記圧縮機への前記冷媒の液バックの有無を判定する液バック判定部と、
前記吸入管における前記バイパス管の他端よりも上流側で取得された前記冷媒の第1吸入過熱度に基づき、前記液バックが前記バイパス弁の漏れに起因するか否かを判定するバイパス弁漏れ判定部と、を備えたことを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記液バック判定部は、前記圧縮機のケーシング底部で取得された前記冷媒の第2吸入過熱度、または、前記圧縮機から吐出される前記冷媒の吐出過熱度が予め定めた所定の各基準値以下となった場合に前記液バックが生じたものと判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記バイパス管は、前記バイパス弁と前記他端との間に配置される絞り機構と、前記バイパス弁と前記一端との間に配置される入口温度センサと、前記絞り機構と前記他端との間に配置される出口温度センサとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記液バックが前記バイパス弁の漏れに起因すると判別された場合、前記バイパス弁の開閉動作を繰り返し実行することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記液バックが前記バイパス弁の漏れに起因しないと判別された場合、前記圧縮機の運転を停止すると共に、異常警報を発することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 圧縮機、凝縮器、膨張弁、及び蒸発器を配管接続し、前記凝縮器と前記蒸発器との間の液管に一端が接続され、前記圧縮機の吸入管に他端が接続されて前記蒸発器をバイパスするバイパス管とを有する冷凍サイクル装置のバイパス弁漏れ判定制御方法であって、
前記圧縮機への前記冷媒の液バックの有無を判定する液バック判定工程と、
前記吸入管における前記バイパス管の他端よりも上流側で取得された前記冷媒の第1吸入過熱度に基づき、前記液バックが前記バイパス弁の漏れに起因するか否かを判定するバイパス弁漏れ判定工程と、を備えたことを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置のバイパス弁漏れ判定制御方法。
