Claims (7)
- 軸部に複数の拡径部を有する等速自在継手の軸部材の鍛造方法において、
前記鍛造方法は、前記複数の拡径部のうち一部の拡径部が予め成形された素形材に残部の拡径部を成形するものであり、
前記予め成形された素形材の一部の拡径部は、大径部および凹部が形成された接合側の拡径部であり、
前記残部の拡径部を成形する金型として、パンチと、前記素形材の前記一部の拡径部および軸部を収容すると共に成形面を有する分割ダイスと、前記素形材の前記一部の拡径部を載置し前記パンチの加圧力を支持するワーク受け部材を備え、
前記一部の拡径部が成形された素形材をワーク受け部材に載置した後、前記分割ダイスを閉じて前記素形材を半径方向に極わずかな隙間をもって拘束し、前記素形材を前記分割ダイスに対して軸方向に移動可能とし、この状態で、前記パンチの加圧力により前記分割ダイスの成形面に前記素形材を充足させて前記残部の拡径部を成形し、その成形の際、前記ワーク受部材の後退量がストッパで規制されていることを特徴とする等速自在継手の軸部材の鍛造方法。 - 前記分割ダイスに閉塞力を与える閉塞リングを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速自在継手の軸部材の鍛造方法。
- 前記閉塞リングを閉塞リング加圧機構により加圧することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の等速自在継手の軸部材の鍛造方法。
- 前記パンチも成形面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速自在継手の軸部材の鍛造方法。
- 前記等速自在継手の軸部材の鍛造方法において、前記素形材を800〜1000℃に加熱することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手の軸部材の鍛造方法。
- 前記残部の拡径部に微小な線状の圧痕が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手の軸部材の鍛造方法。
- 前記軸部材が軸部の両端に拡径部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手の軸部材の鍛造方法。
