Claims (11)
- 数枚の積層プレート(200;400)であって、熱交換区画(300;500;700;2002)、蒸気案内空間(295;495;2001)及び外壁(210;410)を形成するようにプレートの互いの距離を維持するためのプレス成形パターンが施され、前記熱交換区画は、流路が前記区画の内面によって形成されるように構成され、前記流路は熱媒入口と熱媒出口とを連結し、熱媒通路の上に冷媒入口(240;440)が備えられることによって、冷媒が前記熱媒通路の外面上に流下膜を形成し、前記熱媒入口から前記熱媒出口を流通する熱媒からの熱によって前記外面から蒸発している冷媒は、速やかに前記蒸気案内空間(295;495;2001)に入る、積層プレート、を含む蒸発装置であって、前記蒸気案内空間(295;495;2001)は、前記熱交換区画(300;500;700;2002)及び前記外壁(210;410)の間に設けられており、
冷媒出口近傍に設置された前記熱交換区画(300;500;700;2002)の低い部分(2003)が、前記外壁(210;410)まで外に向って延びている、吸収型ヒートポンプ又は単一冷媒冷却プロセスのための蒸発装置。 - 前記冷媒入口(240;440)から前記熱交換区画(300;500;700;2002)の外面を覆って、蒸発することなく、落下してきた冷媒を排出するために、前記蒸発装置の低い部分に冷媒出口(270;470)が更に設けられた、請求項1に記載の蒸発装置。
- 前記蒸気案内空間(295;495)は開口部(290;490)を備える、請求項1または2に記載の蒸発装置。
- 前記冷媒入口(240;1310)の上に位置するガス出口(280;1320)を更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の蒸発装置。
- 前記ガス出口(280;1320)に接続される吸収部(1410、1420、1430、1440、1D、1C)を更に含む、請求項4に記載の蒸発装置。
- 前記吸収部は蒸発装置部と同一である、請求項5に記載の蒸発装置。
- 蒸発装置部及び前記吸収部は同一のシートメタル(400、3000)片で製造される、請求項5に記載の蒸発装置。
- 前記蒸発装置部及び前記吸収部は半密閉(セミタイト)壁(3030)によって分割される、請求項7に記載の蒸発装置。
- 前記半密閉壁は、液状流体が前記壁を通過するのを止めるよう構成されたヘリンボーンパターンを有する、請求項8に記載の蒸発装置。
- 前記蒸発装置部と前記吸収部との間の熱伝達を減少させるための伝熱遮断排出部(ヒートトランスファーブレーキングテイクアウト)(3090)を更に含む、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の蒸発装置。
- 前記伝熱遮断排出部は半開口部を有し、前記半開口部からの材料が舌(3095)の形で「保存」されている、請求項10に記載の蒸発装置。
