分散容積[l]に対するスループット[l・h]が、650l/(h・l)より大きく、好適な形式において650l/(h・l)〜10000l/(h・l)の範囲内であり、特に好適には2000l/(h・l)である、混合する、特に分散させる方法によって達成される。
第1のプロセス領域に割り当てられかつ開口を有する、第1の間隙形成エレメント、好適な形式においてはロータと、
第2のプロセス領域に割り当てられかつ第1の間隙形成エレメントに対応する、開口を有する第2の間隙形成エレメント、好適な形式においてはステータと、を有することができ、
間隙形成エレメントのうちの少なくとも一方、好適な形式においてはロータが、他方の間隙形成エレメントに対して回転軸線を中心に回転可能であるように実現されている。
Claims (13)
- 混合するための装置(1)であって、該装置は、
少なくとも1つの入口(3,15)を備えるハウジング(2)と、
粉砕チャンバ(13)と、
供給された材料を混合するための第1のプロセス領域(4)であって、前記材料が前記少なくとも1つの入口(3)を通じて前記第1のプロセス領域(4)へ導入可能である、第1のプロセス領域(4)と、
混合物を出口(6)へ振り向けるための第2のプロセス領域(5)と、
該第2のプロセス領域から前記第1のプロセス領域を分離させるための分離装置(7)と、
混合するためのロータ(8)であって、該ロータは駆動軸(9)によって駆動可能である、ロータ(8)と、
を備え、
上流に接続されたポンプ(10)を前記駆動軸(9)によって駆動可能であり、前記材料は、前記ポンプ(10)によって前記第1のプロセス領域(4)内へ供給可能であり、前記第1のプロセス領域は、1l〜50lの範囲の分散容積を有する、
混合するための装置において、
前記ポンプ(10)は、前記第1のプロセス領域(4)の入口(3)と流体連通した出口(16)を備えるポンプチャンバ(20)を有し、前記ポンプチャンバ(20)は前記第1のプロセス領域(4)に対して別個に/外部に設けられていることを特徴とする、
混合するための装置(1)。 - 前記ロータは、前記第1のプロセス領域(4)において前記混合物を分散させるように設計されている、請求項1記載の装置(1)。
- 前記分離装置(7)は、少なくとも1つの分離間隙であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の装置(1)。
- 前記分離装置(7)は、分離間隙を形成する間隙形成エレメント(17,18)を有し、該間隙形成エレメント(17,18)は、円筒状または円錐形に形成されている、請求項3記載の装置(1)。
- 前記分離間隙は、動的分離間隙である、請求項3または4記載の装置(1)。
- 前記分離間隙は、0.5mm〜3mmの寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求項3または4記載の装置(1)。
- 再循環コンテナ(19)および/または再循環ライン(11)が、前記出口(6)と前記入口(3)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 前記装置は、撹拌ツールを備える再循環コンテナ(19)を有する、請求項7記載の装置(1)。
- 分散粉砕添加物が、前記第1のプロセス領域(4)内へ注入可能であるまたは注入されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 前記分散粉砕添加物は、1.5mm〜5.0mmの平均直径を有する、請求項9記載の装置(1)。
- 供給された前記材料を分散させるための、前記混合物において動的移動を生ぜしめるために実現された粉砕ツール(12)が、前記第1のプロセス領域(4)において実現されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 前記入口(3)の前方における主ライン直径と、分散容積との比は、8〜16mm/lの範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 前記出口(6)は、微細粉砕段階の入口に接続可能であるまたは接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
