Claims (12)
- 電源に接続可能である発熱体(4)を有し、絶縁素子(5)を有しおよび管(1)を有する自動車用の電気ヒータであって、前記発熱体(4)が前記管(1)の内部に配置され、前記管(1)から電気的に絶縁され、前記管(1)が少なくとも1つの開口部を有し、前記少なくとも1つの開口部を通して、前記絶縁素子(5)および前記発熱体(4)を前記管(1)に挿入することができる電気ヒータにおいて、前記電気ヒータが、前記管(1)の前記少なくとも1つの開口部に差し込まれる安全素子(2)を有し、前記安全素子(2)が、前記管(1)に対する前記発熱体(4)および/または前記絶縁素子(5)の配向を規定する少なくとも1つの距離素子(8)を有し、
前記管(1)は、互いに平行な2つの幅広側と互いに平行な2つの幅狭側とを有する扁平管であり、前記距離素子(8)は、前記幅広側の方向にて前記発熱体(4)を覆わないことを特徴とする電気ヒータ。 - 前記距離素子(8)が前記管(1)の内壁と前記絶縁素子(5)および/または前記発熱体(4)との間の規定距離を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気ヒータ。
- 前記距離素子(8)が前記絶縁素子および/または前記発熱体と前記管の前記内壁との間の空隙を形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気ヒータ。
- 前記安全素子(2)が、前記管(1)の前記内壁を収容することができる少なくとも部分的に周辺の溝(14)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気ヒータ。
- 前記距離素子(8)が前記安全素子(2)のベース(13)から長方形方向に突出することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気ヒータ。
- 前記安全素子(2)が、前記ベース(13)から長方形方向に突出する境界領域(6)を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気ヒータ。
- 前記距離素子(8)が、長手方向へのおよび/または回転方向への前記管(1)に対する前記発熱体(4)および/または前記絶縁素子(5)の運動を制限することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気ヒータ。
- 前記境界領域(6)および/または前記距離素子(8)が、前記溝(14)内に面する少なくとも1つのリブ素子(7)を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電気ヒータ。
- 前記安全素子(2)が、前記ベース(13)から長方形方向に突出する2つの距離素子(8)を有し、前記距離素子(8)の各々が、前記発熱体(4)および/または前記絶縁素子(5)を収容するための凹部を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気ヒータ。
- 前記距離素子(8a)および/または前記ベース(13)が、前記管(1)と前記絶縁素子(5a)および/または前記発熱体(4)との間の相対運動を回避する程度に十分に硬い材料から製造されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気ヒータ。
- 空隙(11)が前記距離素子(8a)と前記管(1)との間に形成されるように、前記距離素子(8a)が前記管(1)の前記内壁から離間していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気ヒータ。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の電気ヒータを少なくとも1つ有する熱交換器において、前記熱交換器が、互いに離間している多数の流体管を有し、前記流体管および前記電気ヒータが交互の順序で配置され、多数の熱伝達フィンが前記流体管と前記電気ヒータとの間に配置され、前記多数の熱伝達フィンにおいて、第1の流体が前記流体管を通して流れることができ、第2の流体が前記流体管および前記電気ヒータの周囲を流れることができることを特徴とする熱交換器。
