Claims (9)
- 中空の液体封入容器と、
前記液体封入容器の内部に封入された圧力伝達液と、
前記液体封入容器に取り付けられ、受圧時に弾性変形して前記圧力伝達液に圧力を伝達するダイヤフラムと、
前記液体封入容器に取り付けられ、前記圧力伝達液に伝達された前記圧力を検出して電気信号に変換する圧力検出素子と、
前記液体封入容器の内壁の一部および前記圧力伝達液のそれぞれと接するように、前記液体封入容器の内部に取り付けられた放熱部材と、
を有する、圧力センサ。 - 請求項1記載の圧力センサにおいて、
前記放熱部材の表面が凹凸面とされている、圧力センサ。 - 請求項2記載の圧力センサにおいて、
前記放熱部材の表面に複数の溝が設けられている、圧力センサ。 - 請求項1記載の圧力センサにおいて、
前記放熱部材を囲み、前記液体封入容器の内壁の一部および前記圧力伝達液のそれぞれと接する第1放熱用構造体をさらに有する、圧力センサ。 - 請求項4記載の圧力センサにおいて、
前記第1放熱用構造体は、メッシュ状または繊維状の薄板からなる、圧力センサ。 - 請求項1記載の圧力センサにおいて、
前記液体封入容器に接続され、前記液体封入容器をエンジンの燃焼室に固定するためのネジ部を備えた接続部材をさらに有する、圧力センサ。 - 中空の液体封入容器と、
前記液体封入容器の内部に封入された圧力伝達液と、
前記液体封入容器に取り付けられ、受圧時に弾性変形して前記圧力伝達液に圧力を伝達するダイヤフラムと、
前記液体封入容器に取り付けられ、前記圧力伝達液に伝達された前記圧力を検出して電気信号に変換する圧力検出素子と、
を有し、
前記液体封入容器の内壁の一部を囲み、かつ前記内壁の一部と接する第2放熱用構造体が前記液体封入容器の内部に設けられているか、または、前記圧力伝達液と接する前記液体封入容器の内壁が凹凸面とされ、かつ前記液体封入容器の前記内壁の一部を囲み、さらに前記内壁の一部と接する前記第2放熱用構造体が前記液体封入容器の内部に設けられており、
前記第2放熱用構造体は、メッシュ状または繊維状の薄板からなる、圧力センサ。 - 請求項7記載の圧力センサにおいて、
前記液体封入容器の前記内壁に複数の溝が設けられている、圧力センサ。 - 請求項7記載の圧力センサにおいて、
前記液体封入容器に接続され、前記液体封入容器をエンジンの燃焼室に固定するためのネジ部を備えた接続部材をさらに有する、圧力センサ。
