前記水系溶媒は、水100重量%からなり、前記活性炭含有多孔性基材は、有機纎維または無機纎維材質の織布や不織布;紙;発泡体;及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群で選択された少なくとも一つを含む材料で形成された多孔性基材に、活性炭が付着するかまたは含浸して含有されており、前記活性炭含有多孔性基材の厚さは、0.5mmないし3.0mmである空気浄化用フィルターを提供する。
Claims (10)
- 活性炭含有多孔性基材を含み、前記活性炭含有多孔性基材に光触媒コーティング層がコーティングされ、
前記活性炭含有多孔性基材は、活性炭を20重量%ないし80重量%で含んでおり、
前記光触媒コーティング層は、可視光活性光触媒コーティング組成物で形成されており、
前記可視光活性光触媒コーティング組成物は、可視光活性光触媒材、及び水系溶媒を含み、アルコール及びバインダー物質を含まず、前記可視光活性光触媒材は、多孔性第1金属酸化物;及び前記多孔性第1金属酸化物に担持された第2金属粒子、第2金属酸化物粒子、またはこれら全て;を含み、
前記水系溶媒は、水100重量%からなり、
前記活性炭含有多孔性基材は、有機纎維または無機纎維材質の織布や不織布;紙;発泡体;及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群で選択された少なくとも一つを含む材料で形成された多孔性基材に、活性炭が付着するかまたは含浸して含有されており、前記活性炭含有多孔性基材の厚さは、0.5mmないし3.0mmである空気浄化用フィルター。 - 前記可視光活性光触媒材は、380nmないし500nm波長範囲の可視光線に対して活性を有する、請求項1に記載の空気浄化用フィルター。
- 前記第1金属酸化物は、酸化チタン、酸化タングステン、酸化亜鉛、酸化ニオビウム、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の空気浄化用フィルター。
- 前記第2金属粒子及び前記第2金属酸化物粒子の第2金属は、遷移金属、貴金属、またはこれら全てを含む、請求項1に記載の空気浄化用フィルター。
- 前記第2金属は、タングステン、クロム、バナジウム、モリブデン、銅、鉄、コバルト、マンガン、ニッケル、白金、金、セリウム、パラジウム、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項4に記載の空気浄化用フィルター。
- 前記可視光活性光触媒材に含まれた前記多孔性第1金属酸化物対、前記第2金属粒子及び前記第2金属酸化物粒子を合わせた総和の重量比は、1:0.001ないし1:0.1である、請求項1に記載の空気浄化用フィルター。
- 前記可視光活性光触媒コーティング組成物は、前記可視光活性光触媒材を4重量%ないし10重量%で含む、請求項1に記載の空気浄化用フィルター。
- 前記可視光活性光触媒コーティング組成物は、前記水系溶媒を90重量%ないし96重量%で含む、請求項1に記載の空気浄化用フィルター。
- 前記可視光活性光触媒材は、粒子で形成された、請求項1に記載の空気浄化用フィルター。
- 前記可視光活性光触媒粒子の平均直径は、30nmないし500nmである、請求項9に記載の空気浄化用フィルター。
