Claims (3)
- 圧電シートと、上記圧電シートの第一の面に積層一体化されたシグナル電極と、上記シグナル電極と電気的に非接続状態にて上記シグナル電極を覆い且つ一部分がグランド電極として作用する導電体と、上記シグナル電極に電気的に接続された第一導電線と、上記導電体に電気的に接続された第二導電線とを有しており、上記導電体は、一枚の導電シートから形成され、上記導電シートを上記圧電シートを包囲するように一巻きした上で両端縁同士が対向しない状態にして両端部同士を重ね合わせて袋状に形成されており、上記袋状の導電体のうち、圧電シートの第二の面上に積層された部分は、圧電シート上に固定剤層を介して積層一体化されていると共に、上記袋状の導電体は、上記圧電シートの端面に接触していないことを特徴とする圧電センサ。
- 圧電シートがポリオレフィン系樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧電センサ。
- 圧電シートが発泡シートであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の圧電センサ。
