Claims (12)
- 締結具システムを収容し且つシール剤を収容するように構成された空隙部を有する成形部と、
前記締結具システムが前記空隙部内に収容されるときに、前記成形部を前記締結具システムの周囲の所望の位置に位置決めするように、およびチャネルの内面が前記締結具システムと略面一になるように構成されたチャネルを有する調芯部と、
装置の前記所望の位置を維持するように構成された支持システムと
を備え、
前記成形部は、互いに相対移動可能に前記調芯部の周囲に嵌装され、
前記調芯部が、延伸位置と後退位置との間で移動するように、前記調芯部が前記延伸位置にあるときに、前記成形部を前記締結具システムの周囲の前記所望の位置に位置決めするように、且つ、前記調芯部を後退位置まで移動させるときに、前記チャネルを通って前記空隙部内に前記シール剤を送達するように構成される装置。 - 前記成形部の前記空隙部内に収容された前記シール剤が、前記空隙部内の前記締結具システムを覆うようにシール剤層を形成する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記調芯部が、前記成形部の前記空隙部内に移動可能に位置し、且つ更に、前記成形部の前記空隙部内に前記シール剤を送達するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記支持システムが、前記成形部及び前記調芯部と物理的に関連し、且つ、前記調芯部及び前記成形部が後退して前記締結具システムを覆うように前記シール剤層を形成するときに、前記装置の前記所望の位置を維持するように構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記成形部、前記調芯部、及び前記支持システムが、シール剤塗布装置又はシール剤自動塗布装置の少なくとも一方を形成する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記成形部が任意の数の連結セクションを備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記支持システムは、前記調芯部が延伸位置と後退位置との間で移動する際に、前記調芯部の前記所望の位置を維持するように構成され、且つ、前記成形部が前記締結具システムから取り外される際に、前記成形部の前記所望の位置を維持するように構成される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- シール剤を塗布するための方法であって、
シール剤塗布装置の成形部を締結具システムの周囲の所望の位置に位置決めするために、チャネルの内面が前記締結具システムと略面一になるように前記シール剤塗布装置の調芯部のチャネル内に前記締結具システムを収容するステップと、
前記成形部を前記所望の位置に保持するステップと、
前記締結具システムを覆うようにシール剤層を形成するステップと、
を備え、
前記調芯部が、延伸位置と後退位置との間で移動するように構成され、且つ、前記調芯部の前記チャネル内に前記締結具システムを収容するステップは、前記調芯部が前記延伸位置にあるときに、前記チャネル内に前記締結具システムを収容するステップを含み、
前記締結具システムを覆うように前記シール剤層を形成するステップは、前記調芯部が前記後退位置にあるときに、前記チャネルを通って前記シール剤塗布装置の前記成形部の空隙部内に前記シール剤を送達するステップを含む、方法。 - 前記シール剤塗布装置の前記成形部の空隙部内に前記締結具システムを収容するステップを更に備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 支持システムが、前記成形部を前記所望の位置に保持する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記成形部を前記所望の位置に位置決めするために、前記調芯部を前記締結具システムの中心を通って延びる軸線に沿って延伸させるステップと、
前記調芯部を前記軸線に沿って後退させるステップと、
前記調芯部の連結基部セクションを前記成形部の内面と係合させるステップと、
を更に備える、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記成形部を前記所望の位置に保持するステップが、任意の数の支持要素を固定するステップを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
