Abstract
Description
(1) タービン船では過熱蒸気をタービンに供給する蒸気発生装置として主ボイラを設置する。
(2) ディーゼル船では、燃料、潤滑油、冷却清水の加熱、調理、給湯、暖房などのために大量の蒸気が必要であり、ディーゼル機関を補うために飽和蒸気を供給する補助ボイラを設置する。
(3) タンカー船では、カーゴタンク内の揮発性ガスを押し出すためのイナートガスとして酸素濃度≦5%のボイラ排気(不燃性)を供給するためのボイラを設置する。
ここで、特にタービン船は蒸気タービンを稼働するための蒸気を主にボイラで製造する必要があり燃費へのボイラ稼働台数の影響が大きい。そこで近年、ボイラとして高圧ボイラを使用して1台の高圧ボイラで複数の蒸気タービンを稼働することで、ボイラ稼働台数を削減して燃費の改善を図る取組みが検討されている。
本発明においては、RO給水とRO濃縮水と淡水のいずれにスライムコントロール剤を添加してもよいが、RO給水に添加すると、RO給水は高圧ラインのため高圧用のポンプが必要であり、また高濃度に添加するとRO膜や電気脱イオン装置11のイオン交換樹脂の劣化が懸念される。また淡水タンク1に添加すると、タンク内での十分な均一混合に時間がかかると考えられる。よって、容易に薬剤添加でき、かつ淡水タンクで容易に混合できるようにRO濃縮水にスライムコントロール剤を添加することが好ましい。ただし予備系列のみを運転する際は淡水タンクに添加するのが望ましい。

Claims (6)
- 淡水を少なくともRO装置によって処理して純水を製造する純水製造装置において、
該RO装置の濃縮水が混合された淡水が低圧ボイラ又は中圧ボイラの給水として用いられる純水製造装置であって、
該淡水、該RO装置への給水、該RO装置の濃縮水の少なくとも1つに硬度成分とハロゲン物質を実質的に含まないスライムコントロール剤を添加する添加手段を備えたことを特徴とする純水製造装置。 - 淡水を少なくとも前記RO装置で処理して純水を製造する主系列と、該主系列に対し直列又は並列に通水可能な、純水製造用の予備系列とを有することを特徴とする請求項1の純水製造装置。
- 船舶搭載用である請求項1又は2の純水製造装置。
- 前記予備系列はイオン交換樹脂装置を有する請求項2又は3の純水製造装置。
- 前記主系列は、前記RO装置の透過水を処理する電気脱イオン装置を有する請求項2〜4のいずれかの純水製造装置。
- 前記スライムコントロール剤は、ヒドラジンである請求項1〜5のいずれかの純水製造装置。
