Claims (15)
- 揮発性組成物の詰め替えカートリッジであって、
容器と、
前記容器内の前記揮発性組成物と、
前記容器と流体連通する複合膜と、
を含み、
前記複合膜は、10μm未満の厚さを有するバリア層及び前記バリア層と接触する1つ以上の支持層を含み、前記支持層は少なくとも10μmの厚さを有し、
前記揮発性組成物は、25℃及び101kPaで、前記容器から前記複合膜を介して0.006から100g/(m2・hr)の流量で輸送され、
前記揮発性組成物は、少なくとも第1分子と第2分子とを含む複数の分子を含み、
同一条件下における、単層膜を介した前記第2分子の流量値によって割られた前記単層膜を介した前記第1分子の流量値に対する、前記複合膜を介した前記第2分子の流量値によって割られた前記複合膜を介した前記第1分子の流量値の比は、1未満であり、
前記第2分子は前記第1分子と異なる、詰め替えカートリッジ。 - 前記揮発性組成物は、芳香剤、消毒剤、空気清浄剤、クリーナー、消臭剤、かび抑制剤、昆虫忌避剤、殺虫剤、アロマテラピー分子、又は、C1−C20アルデヒド、C3−C20ケトン、及びC1−C20アルコールからなる群から選択される分子である、請求項1に記載の詰め替えカートリッジ。
- 上端部を有するカップ状構造を画定するブリスタ、及び
前記カップ状構造の前記上端部に結合して前記上端部から外部に延びる周辺フランジをさらに含み、前記複合膜は、前記ブリスタ及び前記周辺フランジの少なくとも1つに結合されて前記容器を画定する、請求項1に記載の詰め替えカートリッジ。 - 前記カップ状構造は矩形の底壁、及び4つの側壁をさらに含み、前記上端部は前記4つの側壁の周辺に延び、前記複合膜はヒートシールによって前記ブリスタ及び前記周辺フランジの少なくとも1つに結合される、請求項3に記載の詰め替えカートリッジ。
- 前記揮発性組成物は、セドリルメチルエーテルを含み、
前記複合膜を介した前記セドリルメチルエーテルの流量は、25℃及び101kPaで、少なくとも0.006g/(m2・hr)である、請求項1に記載の詰め替えカートリッジ。 - 前記第2分子に対する前記第1分子の前記複合膜の選択性は、1000未満である、請求項1に記載の詰め替えカートリッジ。
- 同一条件下における、前記単層膜を介した前記第1分子の流量に対する前記複合膜を介した前記第1分子の流量の比は、少なくとも3である、請求項1に記載の詰め替えカートリッジ。
- 揮発性組成物の詰め替えカートリッジであって、
容器と、
前記容器内の前記揮発性組成物と、
前記容器と流体連通する複合膜と、
を含み、
前記複合膜は、少なくとも10μmの厚さを有する第1支持層、少なくとも10μmの厚さを有する第2支持層、及び前記第1支持層と前記第2支持層との間のバリア層を含み、前記バリア層は、10μm未満の厚さを有し、
前記揮発性組成物は、25℃及び101kPaで、前記容器から前記複合膜を介して0.006から100g/(m2・hr)の流量で輸送され、
前記揮発性組成物は、少なくとも第1香料分子と第2香料分子とを含む複数の香料分子を含み、
それぞれの前記香料分子は、25℃及び101kPaで、前記容器から前記複合膜を介して少なくとも0.006g/(m2・hr)の流量で輸送され、
同一条件下における、単層膜を介した前記第2香料分子の流量値によって割られた前記単層膜を介した前記第1香料分子の流量値に対する、前記複合膜を介した前記第2香料分子の流量値によって割られた前記複合膜を介した前記第1香料分子の流量値の比は、1未満であり、
前記第2香料分子は前記第1香料分子と異なる、詰め替えカートリッジ。 - 前記揮発性組成物は、芳香剤、消毒剤、空気清浄剤、クリーナー、消臭剤、かび抑制剤、昆虫忌避剤、殺虫剤、アロマテラピー分子、又は、C1−C20アルデヒド、C3−C20ケトン及びC1−C20アルコールからなる群から選択された分子である、請求項8に記載の詰め替えカートリッジ。
- 矩形の底壁、4つの側壁、及び前記4つの側壁の周辺に延びる上端部を有するカップ状構造を画定するブリスタと、
前記カップ状構造の前記上端部に結合されて前記上端部から外部に延びる周辺フランジと、
をさらに含み、
前記複合膜は、前記ブリスタ及び前記周辺フランジの少なくとも1つにヒートシールされて前記容器を画定する、請求項8に記載の詰め替えカートリッジ。 - 前記複合膜を介した酢酸ヘキシル流量は、25℃及び101kPaで、少なくとも1.462g/(m2・hr)である、請求項8に記載の詰め替えカートリッジ。

前記ハウジングに配置された複合膜であって、10μm未満の厚さを有するバリア層及び前記バリア層と接触する1つ以上の支持層を含み、前記支持層は、少なくとも10μmの厚さを有する、複合膜と、
前記ハウジングに配置されて前記複合膜と流体連通する容器と、
前記容器内の揮発性組成物と、
を含み、
前記揮発性組成物は、25℃及び101kPaで、前記容器から前記複合膜を介して1から100g/(m2・hr)の流量で輸送され、
前記バリア層は、前記揮発性組成物の輸送に対して1000未満の選択性を有し、
前記揮発性組成物は、少なくとも第1分子と第2分子とを含む複数の分子を含み、
同一条件下における、単層膜を介した前記第2分子の流量値によって割られた前記単層膜を介した前記第1分子の流量値に対する、前記複合膜を介した前記第2分子の流量値によって割られた前記複合膜を介した前記第1分子の流量値の比は、1未満であり、
前記第2分子は前記第1分子と異なる、蒸気分配装置。 - 前記ハウジング内にファンをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の蒸気分配装置。
- 前記ハウジング内に加熱素子をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の蒸気分配装置。
