Description
ユニット40を備えている。この制御ユニット40は、燃料噴射弁14を制御して、燃料の噴射量と噴射のタイミングを調節し、エンジン10を所定の運転状態に維持するエンジン制御装置(以下、ECM)41や、排気ガス浄化装置30における尿素水噴射弁33を制御して、尿素水の噴射を調節するDCU42を有している。
車外電子計算機52で、その検出値Ca、Cbに基づいて上流NOxセンサ47及び下流NOxセンサ48の劣化を判定させる判定手順を実行させる。
8の検出値Cbが、予め設定された第一判定値CB未満(Cb<CB)のときに、上流NOxセンサ47の検出値Caが、下流NOxセンサ48の検出値Cbにより設定される上流判定領域Aから外れた値であるか否か、及び判定回転数Nxのときの上流NOxセンサ47の検出値Caが、予め設定された第二判定値CA超(Ca>CA)のときに、下流NOxセンサ48の検出値Cbが、上流NOxセンサ47の検出値Caにより設定される下流判定領域Bから外れた値であるか否かを判定する手順とすることが望ましい。
、排気通路23の通路長やエンジン10の排気量に基づいて設定でき、例えば、60秒以上、300秒以下の時間に設定される。この第二時間t2が60秒未満の時間の場合には、排気通路23及びSCR触媒34からアンモニアを吹き飛ばすことができない。一方、第二時間t2が300秒を超える時間の場合には、排気ガスの排出時間が長くなる。
センサ47が劣化している、又は故障していると判定させる手順を実行させて、ステップS300へ進む。

Claims (11)
- 排気通路に配置された還元触媒の上流側に上流NOxセンサを、下流側に下流NOxセンサを配置した内燃機関と、前記上流NOxセンサ及び前記下流NOxセンサのそれぞれが接続された車載電子計算機とを搭載した車両の点検中に、前記上流NOxセンサと前記下流NOxセンサとのそれぞれの劣化又は故障を点検するNOxセンサの点検プログラムにおいて、
前記車載電子計算機に通信機を介して接続される車外電子計算機に記憶され、
前記車載電子計算機に、
前記還元触媒に還元剤噴射弁からの還元剤が供給されない状態となってから、前記内燃機関に、排気ガスの温度を予め定められた高温度以上にする高温排気運転をさせる高温排気運転手順と、
排気ガスの流量が低減しない状態となってから、前記内燃機関に、前記内燃機関の回転数を予め定められた高回転数以上にする高流量排気運転をさせる高流量排気運転手順と、を実行させ、
前記車外電子計算機に、
前記内燃機関の回転数が予め定められた判定回転数のときに、前記上流NOxセンサ及び前記下流NOxセンサのそれぞれの検出値を取得させて、
取得させた前記下流NOxセンサの検出値が予め設定された第一判定値未満か否かを判定させ、該下流NOxセンサの検出値が該第一判定値未満のときに、前記上流NOxセンサの検出値が前記下流NOxセンサの検出値により設定される上流判定領域から外れた値であるか否かを判定させ、
前記上流NOxセンサの検出値が前記上流判定領域に収まる値の場合には前記上流NOxセンサが劣化又は故障していると判定させる判定手順を実行させることを特徴とするNOxセンサの点検プログラム。 - 前記車外電子計算機に、
前記内燃機関の回転数が予め定められた判定回転数のときに、前記上流NOxセンサ及び前記下流NOxセンサのそれぞれの検出値を取得させて、
取得させた前記上流NOxセンサの検出値が予め設定された第二判定値超か否かを判定させ、該上流NOxセンサの検出値が該第二判定値超のときに、前記下流NOxセンサの検出値が前記上流NOxセンサの検出値により設定される下流判定領域から外れた値であるか否かを判定させ、
前記下流NOxセンサの検出値が前記下流判定領域に収まる値の場合には前記下流NOxセンサが劣化又は故障していると判定させる判定手順を実行させる請求項1に記載のNOxセンサの点検プログラム。 - 排気通路に配置された還元触媒の上流側に上流NOxセンサを、下流側に下流NOxセンサを配置した内燃機関と、前記上流NOxセンサ及び前記下流NOxセンサのそれぞれが接続された車載電子計算機とを搭載した車両の点検中に、前記上流NOxセンサと前記下流NOxセンサとのそれぞれの劣化又は故障を点検するNOxセンサの点検プログラムにおいて、
前記車載電子計算機に通信機を介して接続される車外電子計算機に記憶され、
前記車載電子計算機に、
前記還元触媒に還元剤噴射弁からの還元剤が供給されない状態となってから、前記内燃機関に、排気ガスの温度を予め定められた高温度以上にする高温排気運転をさせる高温排気運転手順と、
排気ガスの流量が低減しない状態となってから、前記内燃機関に、前記内燃機関の回転数を予め定められた高回転数以上にする高流量排気運転をさせる高流量排気運転手順と、を実行させ、
前記車外電子計算機に、
前記内燃機関の回転数が予め定められた判定回転数のときに、前記上流NOxセンサ及び前記下流NOxセンサのそれぞれの検出値を取得させて、
取得させた前記上流NOxセンサの検出値が予め設定された第二判定値超か否かを判定させ、該上流NOxセンサの検出値が該第二判定値超のときに、前記下流NOxセンサの検出値が前記上流NOxセンサの検出値により設定される下流判定領域から外れた値であるか否かを判定させ、
前記下流NOxセンサの検出値が前記下流判定領域に収まる値の場合には前記下流NOxセンサが劣化又は故障していると判定させる判定手順を実行させることを特徴とするNOxセンサの点検プログラム。 - 前記高温排気運転を、前記還元触媒の機能を回復するパージ制御時の運転、及び前記還元触媒の上流に配置された捕集装置の機能を回復する再生制御時の運転のどちらかにした請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のNOxセンサの点検プログラム。
- 前記高流量排気運転を、前記内燃機関の回転数を無負荷最高回転数にする運転にした請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のNOxセンサの点検プログラム。
- 前記判定回転数を、アイドル回転数と、無負荷最高回転数と、該アイドル回転数及び該無負荷最高回転数の間の回転数に設定された少なくとも一つの回転数とのいずれか、又はいくつかの組み合わせにした請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のNOxセンサの点検プログラム。
- 前記車載電子計算機に、前記還元触媒から前記還元剤を脱離するまでに掛かる第一時間が経過するまで前記高温排気運転を継続させる手順と、前記排気通路から前記還元剤を排出するまでに掛かる第二時間が経過するまで前記高流量排気運転を継続させる手順とを実行させる請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のNOxセンサの点検プログラム。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のNOxセンサの点検プログラムが記録された車外電子計算機を備えたことを特徴とする車両点検設備。
- 排気通路に配置された還元触媒の上流側に上流NOxセンサを、下流側に下流NOxセンサを配置した内燃機関と、前記上流NOxセンサ及び前記下流NOxセンサのそれぞれが接続された車載電子計算機とを搭載した車両を点検中に、前記上流NOxセンサと前記下流NOxセンサとのそれぞれの劣化又は故障を点検するNOxセンサの点検方法において、
前記還元触媒に還元剤噴射弁からの還元剤が供給されない状態となってから、前記内燃機関の運転を、排気ガスの温度を予め定められた高温度以上にする高温排気運転をするステップと、
排気ガスの流量が低減しない状態となってから、前記内燃機関の運転を、前記内燃機関の回転数を予め定められた高回転数以上にする高流量排気運転をするステップと、
前記内燃機関の回転数が予め定められた判定回転数のときに、前記上流NOxセンサ及び前記下流NOxセンサのそれぞれの検出値を取得するステップと、
取得した前記下流NOxセンサの検出値が予め設定された第一判定値未満か否かを判定するステップと、
前記下流NOxセンサの検出値が前記第一判定値未満のときに、前記上流NOxセンサの検出値が前記下流NOxセンサの検出値により設定される上流判定領域から外れた値であるか否かを判定するステップと、
前記上流NOxセンサの検出値が前記上流判定領域に収まる値の場合には前記上流NOxセンサが劣化又は故障していると判定するステップと、を含むことを特徴とするNOxセンサの点検方法。 - 取得した前記上流NOxセンサの検出値が予め設定された第二判定値超か否かを判定するステップと、
前記上流NOxセンサの検出値が前記第二判定値超のときに、前記下流NOxセンサの検出値が前記上流NOxセンサの検出値により設定される下流判定領域から外れた値であるか否かを判定するステップと、
前記下流NOxセンサの検出値が前記下流判定領域に収まる値の場合には前記下流NOxセンサが劣化又は故障していると判定するステップと、を含む請求項9に記載のNOxセンサの点検方法。 - 排気通路に配置された還元触媒の上流側に上流NOxセンサを、下流側に下流NOxセンサを配置した内燃機関と、前記上流NOxセンサ及び前記下流NOxセンサのそれぞれが接続された車載電子計算機とを搭載した車両を点検中に、前記上流NOxセンサと前記下流NOxセンサとのそれぞれの劣化又は故障を点検するNOxセンサの点検方法において、
前記還元触媒に還元剤噴射弁からの還元剤が供給されない状態となってから、前記内燃機関の運転を、排気ガスの温度を予め定められた高温度以上にする高温排気運転をするステップと、
排気ガスの流量が低減しない状態となってから、前記内燃機関の運転を、前記内燃機関の回転数を予め定められた高回転数以上にする高流量排気運転をするステップと、
前記内燃機関の回転数が予め定められた判定回転数のときに、前記上流NOxセンサ及び前記下流NOxセンサのそれぞれの検出値を取得するステップと、
取得した前記上流NOxセンサの検出値が予め設定された第二判定値超か否かを判定するステップと、
前記上流NOxセンサの検出値が前記第二判定値超のときに、前記下流NOxセンサの検出値が前記上流NOxセンサの検出値により設定される下流判定領域から外れた値であるか否かを判定するステップと、
前記下流NOxセンサの検出値が前記下流判定領域に収まる値の場合には前記下流NOxセンサが劣化又は故障していると判定するステップと、を含むことを特徴とするNOxセンサの点検方法。
