Description
[1]
一般的に10重量%を超える量のタンニン類と、5重量%以上の量のイソシアナートとを含む、タンニン系弾性発泡材を製造するための組成物であって、
前記組成物が、80重量%未満の量のタンニン類と、5重量%〜80重量%の量のイソシアナートとを含み、
前記組成物が少なくとも、アミン官能性とアルコキシ化官能性とを有する物質を含み、この物質は、少なくとも1つのアミノ基と少なくとも1つのアルコキシ化官能基とを含み、前記少なくとも1つのアミノ基と少なくとも1つのアルコキシ化官能基は、同じ分子の一部であるか、または異なる分子の一部である、
組成物。

前記少なくとも1つのアミノ基と少なくとも1つのアルコキシ化官能基とを含む物質が、少なくとも1つのアルコキシ化アミンから構成され、アルコキシ化アミンは例えば、エトキシ化アミンおよび/もしくはプロポキシ化アミンまたはこれらの混合物、好ましくは8〜22個の炭素原子を含むアルコキシ化アルキルアミンである、[1]に記載の組成物。

前記少なくとも1つのアルコキシ化アミンが、アルコキシ化度が好ましくは1〜40である、エトキシ化アミンおよび/もしくはプロポキシ化アミンまたはこれらの混合物を含む、[2]に記載の組成物。
[4]
前記少なくとも1つのアルコキシ化アミンがプロポキシ化アミンであるか、あるいは、前記組成物がポリエトキシ化化合物および/またはポリプロポキシ化化合物の形態での添加剤を含む、[3]に記載の組成物。
[5]
前記少なくとも1つのアミノ基と少なくとも1つのアルコキシ化官能基とを含む物質が、エトキシ化アミン、好ましくはエトキシ化脂肪族アミンである、[1]または[2]に記載の組成物。
[6]
前記少なくとも1つのアミノ基と少なくとも1つのアルコキシ化官能基とを含む物質が、ココヤシアミン、獣脂アミン、オレイルアミン、および/またはステアリルアミンのアルコキシ化誘導体である、[1]〜[5]のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。

前記少なくとも1つのアミノ基と少なくとも1つのアルコキシ化官能基とを含む物質が、ポリエトキシ化化合物および/またはポリプロポキシ化化合物と、アルカリ触媒とから構成される、[1]〜[6]のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
[8]
前記組成物が、前記少なくとも1つのアミノ基と少なくとも1つのアルコキシ化官能基とを含む物質を80重量%以下の量で含む、[1]〜[7]のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
[9]
前記タンニンが、縮合型タンニン類、および/もしくは加水分解型タンニン類であり、化学的に修飾されていてもよく、ならびに/またはこれらの混合物であり、好ましくは粉末形態であり、80重量%以下の量で用いられる、[1]〜[8]のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。

前記組成物が、タンニン類および他の存在し得る成分中に含まれる水分に加えて、最大40重量%の水を含む、[1]〜[9]のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
[11]
前記組成物が、少なくとも1つの発泡剤、および/または少なくとも1つの低沸点物質、および/またはこれらの混合物をさらに含む、[1]〜[10]のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
[12]
前記組成物が、初期混合物の粘度を減少させるのに適合する少なくとも1つの化合物を、前記組成物中に含まれるタンニンに対して40重量%〜100重量%の量でさらに含む、[1]〜[11]のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
[13]
前記組成物が、50重量%以下の比率で、好都合には20重量%未満の比率で、少なくとも1つの添加剤をさらに含み、前記添加剤が例えば、架橋剤、乳化剤、界面活性剤、湿潤剤、可塑剤もしくは発泡剤、オープンセル/クローズドセルの比率を制御することができる添加剤、ならびに/または耐火性を向上させるための化合物もしくは自然消火時間を短くするための化合物もしくは耐火剤である、[1]〜[12]のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。

[1]〜[13]のいずれか1項に記載の組成物から得ることができる、タンニン系弾性発泡材。
[15]
[1]〜[13]のいずれか1項に記載の組成物から出発する、タンニン系弾性発泡材の製造方法であって、前記製造方法が、
添加量の粉末状タンニンと、少なくとも1つのアミノ基および少なくとも1つのアルコキシ化官能基を含む物質とを含む混合物を調製するステップであって、タンニンの添加量が組成物の80重量%未満であり、少なくとも1つのアミノ基および少なくとも1つのアルコキシ化官能基を含む物質の量が組成物の80重量%以下である、ステップと;
混合物を機械的に撹拌することにより第1の混合段階を実施するステップと;
得られた混合物に、少なくとも1つの使用可能な添加剤を、50重量%以下の比率で、好都合には20重量%未満の比率で、添加するステップと;
得られた混合物を均一化する段階を実施するステップと;
混合物にイソシアナートを、組成物の5重量%〜80重量%の量で添加するステップと;
得られた混合物を撹拌する段階を実施するステップと;
混合物を予め用意した型に流し込むステップと;
型の中での混合物の伸長反応と、得られた発泡材の硬化とを待つステップ
とを含む、タンニン系弾性発泡材の製造方法。
本発明は、タンニン系弾性発泡材を得ることを可能にする組成物および方法についての、下記の非限定的な実施例に関連して、より詳細に説明される。
Claims (14)
- 一般的に10重量%を超える量のタンニンと、5重量%以上の量のポリイソシアナートとを含む、タンニン系弾性発泡材を製造するための組成物であって、
前記組成物が、80重量%未満の量のタンニンと、5重量%〜80重量%の量のポリイソシアナートとを含み、
前記組成物が少なくとも、アミン官能性とアルコキシ化官能性とを有する物質を含み、
前記アミン官能性とアルコキシ化官能性とを有する物質は、8〜22個の炭素原子を含む脂肪族アミンのアルコキシ化誘導体である、
組成物。 - 前記アルコキシ化誘導体は、エトキシ化アミン、プロポキシ化アミンまたはこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記アルコキシ化誘導体は、アルコキシ化度が1〜40である、エトキシ化アミンおよび/もしくはプロポキシ化アミンまたはこれらの混合物を含む、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記アルコキシ化誘導体は、プロポキシ化アミンである、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記アルコキシ化誘導体は、エトキシ化脂肪族アミンである、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記アルコキシ化誘導体は、ココヤシアミン、獣脂アミン、オレイルアミン、および/またはステアリルアミンのアルコキシ化誘導体である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、前記アルコキシ化誘導体を80重量%以下の量で含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記タンニンが、縮合型タンニン、および/もしくは加水分解型タンニンであり、化学的に修飾されていてもよく、ならびに/またはこれらの混合物である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、タンニンおよび他の存在し得る成分中に含まれる水分に加えて、最大40重量%の水を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、少なくとも1つの発泡剤、および/または少なくとも1つの発泡のための低沸点物質、および/またはこれらの混合物をさらに含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、初期混合物の粘度を減少させるのに適合する少なくとも1つの化合物を、前記組成物中に含まれるタンニンに対して40重量%〜100重量%の量でさらに含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、50重量%以下の比率で、少なくとも1つの添加剤をさらに含み、前記添加剤が例えば、架橋剤、乳化剤、界面活性剤、湿潤剤、可塑剤もしくは発泡剤もしくはオープンセル/クローズドセルの比率を制御することができる添加剤、ならびに/または耐火性を向上させるための化合物もしくは自然消火時間を短くするための化合物もしくは耐火剤である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の組成物から得ることができる、タンニン系弾性発泡材。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の組成物から出発する、タンニン系弾性発泡材の製造方法であって、前記製造方法が、
添加量の粉末状タンニンと、前記アルコキシ化誘導体とを含む混合物を調製するステップであって、タンニンの添加量が組成物の80重量%未満であり、前記アルコキシ化誘導体の量が組成物の80重量%以下である、ステップと;
混合物を機械的に撹拌することにより第1の混合段階を実施するステップと;
得られた混合物に、少なくとも1つの使用可能な添加剤を、50重量%以下の比率で添加するステップと;
得られた混合物を均一化する段階を実施するステップと;
