Description
−互いに液密の態様で組み付けられる2つの通流プレートであって、その間を第1伝熱流体が通流する少なくとも1つのダクトを形成するように構成された2つの通流プレートと、
−キャビティを有する少なくとも1つの貯留プレートと、
を備え、
前記貯留プレートは、前記キャビティを閉鎖するとともに前記相変化材料のハウジングを形成するべく、液密の態様で前記2つの通流プレートのうちの一方の外面に組み付け可能となるように構成され、
前記キャビティは、第2伝熱流体が前記キャビティの間を循環可能であるように、前記貯留プレートの前記外面から突出している、
相変化材料貯留部を有するチューブ、に関する。
Claims (11)
- 熱交換器の熱交換バンドル(100)用の相変化材料貯留部を有するチューブ(1)であって、
互いに液密の態様で組み付けられる2つの通流プレートであって、その間を第1伝熱流体が通流する少なくとも1つのダクト(31)を形成するように構成された2つの通流プレート(3)と、
平坦な頂部(55)を有するドーム形状の複数のキャビティ(51)を有する少なくとも1つの貯留プレート(5)と、
を備え、
前記貯留プレート(5)は、前記複数のキャビティ(51)を閉鎖するとともに相変化材料のハウジングを形成するべく、液密の態様で前記2つの通流プレート(3)のうちの一方の外面に組み付けられ、且つ、前記ハウジングの内部の前記相変化材料が前記通流プレート(3)に直接接触可能となるように構成され、
前記複数のキャビテイ(51)は、第2伝熱流体が前記キャビテイ(51)の間を循環可能であるように、前記貯留プレート(5)の外面から突出し、
前記キャビティ(51)の前記頂部(55)は、前記熱交換バンドル(100)においてこれと対面する交換チューブ(30)に接触するようになっており、
前記キャビティ(51)及び前記貯留プレート(5)における隣り合う前記キャビティ(51)の間の部分は、前記交換チューブ(30)側とは反対側で前記キャビティ(51)と対面する前記通流プレート(3)には接していない、
相変化材料貯留部を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記第2伝熱流体に接触するその外面のうちの一方の側に、単独の貯留プレート(5)を有している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の相変化材料貯留部を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記第2伝熱流体に接触するその外面のそれぞれに、相変化材料貯留部を有する貯留プレートを有している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の相変化材料貯留部を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記2つの貯留プレート(5)の突出する前記キャビティ(51)を充填するための共通開口を有している、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の相変化材料貯留部を有するチューブ(1)。 - 突出する前記キャビティ(51)は、前記貯留プレート(5)の長手方向軸(A)について「V」字状の配置を有している、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の相変化材料貯留部を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記通流プレート(3)は同一のものである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の相変化材料貯留部を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記通流プレート(3)のうちの少なくとも一方は、相変化材料を貯蔵するための空洞部(32)を有している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の相変化材料貯留部を有するチューブ(1)。 - 前記空洞部(32)のそれぞれは、他方の通流プレート(3)に接触している、 ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の相変化材料貯留部を有するチューブ(1)。
- 前記空洞部(32)は、五つ目型配置において配設されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の相変化材料貯留部を有するチューブ(1)。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの相変化材料貯留部を有するチューブ(1)を備える、熱交換器用の熱交換バンドル(100)。
- 請求項10に記載の少なくとも1つの熱交換バンドル(100)を有している、熱交換器。
